It does its job.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. It was so easy! Download, start app, go menu and start Live Broadcast. Go to app on another device, select the icon of your broadcasting device. Watch the stream from your broadcasting device. Two caveats: If you bump up the settings, it can tax your network and start dropping connections. It has a pretty strange way of interpreting scrolling and motion. (Kinda like making the display out of Jello)
