Allyz provides such a non hassle and easy convenient App. Soo simple and stress free to use

The tours, tour guides, hotels, transfers, everything , were phenomenal. They could not have done a better job, and I mean that fully. Our trip was a dream.

True to their word and claims process was a breeze in a timely manner. Documents requested is straightforward and reps are knowledgeable. I also like how they provide stays updates and trip reminders

So helpful and easy to purchase and renew.

If you travel a lot, the annual policy is a great deal. The app makes it easy to log your trips. Fortunately, I haven’t had to file a claim, but the peace of mind it provides is priceless!

UPDATE: After an update of the APP I was able to log in successfully. Apparently there were bug issues that needed fixing. I am still docking one star because I tried to contact the company multiple times about this not working and they failed to respond. Unable to log into account or reset password. Will not let me try to create a new account either. All attempts to log into account have failed. No response from customer service. Very frustrated that I can’t use the APP with my vacation comin

I had a horrendous travel experience with a flight cancelled after eight hours of waiting which caused me to miss a connection and the airline couldn’t rebook me for two days by which time the conference would be more than half over. So I canceled the trip. My flight was refunded but I lost an unrefundable and very expensive hotel reservation. Insurance paid for all but the first night, which is pretty standard for hotel reimbursements. And the process was very simple and the money came quickly.

Info at your fingertips! A great resource for your insurance. Get policy info, file a claim, flight status and even the ability to get help!

I haven’t had an opportunity to use the app, but Touch ID does not seem to be an option for login. It should be added. To have to go through password change and verification when traveling is just a bridge too far.

The app needs to be updated to use FaceID to login, as it is hard to remember passwords.

Easy to sign up but app has too many non user friendly features that is frustrating. Hard to login or reset passwords without contacting customer service.

The app is ok but not great. So far 2 issues, logging in is a pain. What’s the point of having Face ID if it forces you to supply userid/pswd each time, and the auto populate wants to put pswd in userid field. Then it took 3 (and 3 days!) tries for the app to actually save my flight info.

The app wants to verify my email address but keeps showing an error “Oops. Something went wrong “. Junk as far as I can tell.

Just attempted to create a claim on this app. Spent one hour and finally hit roadblocks. I couldn’t get past. It did not save any of the work I did. I do not recommend submitting claims using this app.

Purchased travel insurance for my trip and was encouraged to download their app for better customer service and emergency response (Allyz TravelSmart). After accepting their advice and going through all the steps to create an account, the app does not permit me access to its functions (cannot login). Very frustrating!
