He leído otras reseñas muy desafortunadas. Mi experiencia es totalmente contraria. Hasta ahora todo ha funcionado perfectamente, la compra, los cambios de billete, la atención al cliente, en fin, todo. La recomiendo de verdad. Saludos

It's easy to use

I just booked my tickets and received my confirmation e-mail with PDF of tickets. The process was smooth and quick! No glitches with the app so far.

Works very well and even better as we use BUSPLUS.

I have found this app extremely useful but it won’t let me pay for my tickets easily. That’s the only drawback

Easy to easy to use. Great prices. We saved $$ booking a few trips via ALSA vs tour agencies. We used this APP to travel around Spain and I especially loved using the ALSA premium bus. The attendant on the bus spoke Eng& Spanish. The rides were smooth and seats where comfy. Also I had to cancel round trip tickets to Cordoba from Seville and it was an easy, no hassle process via this APP. Don’t hesitate to use this!

Apple has problems with the WiFi security certificate and I always had problems accessing the WiFi Otherwise saves hour long waits at the station as few people seem to be comfortable with the ticket machines, where errors can be expensive

I find the use of this app frustrating at time. Simple question like where is the nearest bus stop or station is a project. With the app, you see your name and membership BUT, if you want any information about your trip you have to sign in again.

I try using this App and find whole UI experience bad .. where to book , search schedule no drop down .. sorry deleting until a better experience .. will use .com

Por favor, debéis arreglar la compatibilidad con Wallet. Es mucho más práctico andar con los tickets en el móvil que en andar liado con papel. Debéis modernizaros ALSA.
