First, I’d like to see the light button on BOTH sides of the app. When taking pictures I predominantly use my left hand and I gotta reach across with my finger to the right side, and I almost dropped my phone every time. seeing the flashlight option or flash option on both sides would be more convenient. As for the camera, I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max and my phone’s camera is pretty darn good but when I use the Amazon Flex app that thing has blurry pictures frequently I’d like to see the app be mo

It’s really good wish the pay outs were daily for debit card. But they can do better with the pay, I seen it decreased dramatically

The policy change notification pops up every time I log on and sometimes it won’t close which leads me to having to force close the app which is a waste of time. It’s been this way for the past 2 years. Will you ever fix this?

The app is bugging a lot for aboug 5 last months. Often after I pick up my block it adds one more pick up, also often it's hard to reach support, even if I call on phone because it's also bugging. So I need to spend extra time to resolve the problme almost every time I have delivery with amazon. Also amazon started to pay lower and it seems like they try to imput more packages in each route, often routes take more time than they have to.

I love Flex because I have special needs child and can drive on the schedule that works best for her to receive the most adequate care.

As a single mom i need to strive in life to give them a good future. Amazon flex help me, i can choose what time i can work that fits my schedule. Good for part time and full time work.

Routes pay extremely low for how far we have to drive. It would be good to know where we driving to before we accept.

The navigation is trash: the app is constantly trying to have me turn off of a main road, just to jag around and then turn back into that main road. The delivery routing is idiotic, it won't let you change the order of deliveries to fix it or end the route in a version location. While delivering it's impossible to view other information in the app without interrupting the route completely. It constantly sends push notifications and there's no setting to change or turn these off. And on top of al

The offers look good you drive so far out for $100

this takes forever to get in. god forbid you miss a block or two. your standings are incredibly easy to drop but very hard to get back to good. it can pay well, just make sure you make no mistakes or amazon will for sure push you out of the app. app is also kinda slow and needs updates.
