I been using Amazon music since middle school and when I tell you it’s been amazing. The only thing is they have deleted my playlist a few times.

Better than Spotify and Apple Music!

I experience a lot of minor issues w this app actually but it lets me listen to the artists I like and thats the bar in the big 25 I guess. When I discover new songs by an artist I appreciate that they are songs by the group listed and not a homunculus bred from the vibes of Alan Parsons that they list as a co-writer

Nice selection of music

Amazon Music is an awesome app that allows so much more than just music. You can listen to podcasts, create playlists, and have recommendations sent to you. It is a true good app. I would recommend it to all people.

I’ve had this app for a while now, but I feel like it would be nice if the app was more interactive. I don’t want to download any other apps, this one has amazing music quality, but I want to know more than just a quick screen if I make it to top 1% of Taylor swift listeners…

Of all the music I’ve purchase from Amazon through its various media forms over the last 25 years, I’m still mad that I can’t listen to it uninterrupted. I did not ask for the umpteen million songs that Amazon thinks I need to hear. I prefer to hear exactly the music I purchased.

I am using Amazon created playlists, and have been enjoying them as background music. However, there seems to be a bug where sometimes playlists will get stuck on a song. I am unable to skip the song, and even though the playlist is on shuffle it just stays on single songs over and over again. This happens intermittently, seemingly after I’ve been listening to the playlist for a while.

I like all kinds of music and I really enjoy the choices available. I’m having trouble signing in an syncing with my Audi Q6

Amazon keeps thrilling me with low cost, good service, and good music. Only problem: poor customer service. Can not contact a human. Maybe Amazon does not hire humans.

Why does the app shut down halfway through songs? Annoying.

I would like to see where Amazon prime will cover all Amazon music

For some reason due to the Amazon music app I have to reboot my phone 2 to 3 times a week and I am constantly having to refresh the app. This is one of my most used apps as I listen to podcasts all day at work. I will definitely be going back to Spotify after my year is up. The first year was great but three months into the second year and I’m just not happy with this app anymore. With other music apps you can dislike a specific song and it will not play again. However on the Amazon music it kee

i absolutely love this app and use it almost 24/7!

Add genre selection to library so you can play by genre. Fix downloaded music loading. I run a lot and depend on music being downloaded to avoid long loading/pauses. For whatever reason, downloaded music stops randomly and say loading quite often. This needs to be fixed.

On long car rides or just chillin in my room I listen to music. When I’m mad I listen to music. It has good songs and it’s a free app. I just love this app.

I simply wish less you didn’t have to pay for like have the songs but other than that it is a good free music listening app with no ads

Love the Amazon music endless music, but every time I save songs I like to a playlist, they never seem to save. There is a possibility this is user error, but I feel like this should not be so hard. Keep the music coming!

The app when you try to play a song doesn’t play it you have to pray for it to work.
