I love this app. So useful.

I flew on American on the busy weekend after lots of schools ended Spring break. AmerIcan was on top of informing me about gates and changes.

Generally a good app but after rebooking a couple of flights due to weather cancellations, I’m not able to update the boarding passes in Apple Wallet. A 16.3.1 bug perhaps?? Guess I need to dust off the old printer.

Great flight. Arrived 15 minutes a head of time. Love flying American Airlines!

Make it so EVEN IF you’re flying standby you can put in the record locator and it will find your flight to make it so much easier and access the employee portal all the time it’s been a pain, please and thank you !🙏🏽

I can’t find where to track my luggage. This is not user friendly. It should be right there with my reservation confirmation. Especially once I have landed

I love how AA keeps on updating, changing and enhancing all you can do through their app. Easy to navigate. Real time updates. I still love the ability to call and connect in person but this app has saved me time and nerves.

Great people/service. Technology needs help. Too much back and forth, not streamlined. Too much up selling.

Flight 2326 to DFW flight attendants and pilots did an awesome job getting passengers boarded. We arrived early to our destination! Thank you American Airlines..

The American Airlines family was there from beginning to end with helping me reacquaint myself to the flying ‘ordeal’ after an 8 year flying hiatus. I could not have had better flights to and from Colorado Springs. Everyone from answering my questions and keeping me up on the flight changes, to opening doors for me, were professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. American Airlines is the best! Thank you for helping this old lady have a pleasant and comfortable experience !

Straight to the point

It keeps telling me to put my correct password which I did. Can’t sign in even when I change it. Frustrating when checking flight.

Earlier today, I flew on AA from Salisbury, Md to Philadelphia, PA and then to Albany, NY. Everything was perfect. Flights left on time and got in early. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. It was a great experience! Fljchkxydjxngxjxjxkyc

From the start of the trip to the trip back was very enjoyable flight attendant were very courteous made overall trip very pleasurable

App makes it a breeze when traveling on American! Easy to make flight changes as you immediately know availability and cost. You are kept up to date on flight status and baggage progress.

I am writing this review not because the app pestered me to, but because it is one of the most highly useful and functional on my phone. EVERY FEATURE ACTUALLY WORKS. One-stop for my flight and gate info, load my boarding passes right into Apple Wallet and track my luggage. Same app also enables me to view the flight in progress and check out the entertainment. User intuitive layout is much appreciated. GREAT DESIGN.

Stable app, clear user interface, reliable and accurate information. A highlight among AA services.

Love the updates in real time. I also like the links to a map for directions to your next gate for connecting flights and estimated time it will take you to walk there. It also has a status of your luggage.

Amidst delays and craziness, Nikisha in customer support was a rock. She was a magician and made everything work out smoothly. Credit where credit is due.

To whom it may concern; My luggage is destroyed, my luggage came on the conveyor belt open because the zipper is broken and there is a dent in it. This is ridiculous.

Almost all the priority tags came out last. Very frustrating as removes the benefit.

Should be able to report missing luggage on app for when the city has no one working your counter

When arrive everyone was helpful. Only one lady at the TSA was pretty rude and made my son (first time flyer) very uncomfortable when he didn’t understand her rude instructions. But other than that everything was smooth. From arrival to landing! Will fly with AA again!

The American Airlines App is my favorite to use ! You can do most anything in real time rather than call.

Generally ok but I cannot get boarding passes to import into Apple Wallet. My flight was cancelled last minute and rescheduled for two days later. Importing the boarding passes for my rebooked flights keeps importing my old, expired passes!

App is ok. Often can’t find my flight info. Issue with the constant bugging to write a review. Hopefully it stops now.

You can do pretty much everything on this app.

We had the best service with Jenifer in fist class leaving Syracuse,NY. Second flight was smooth and enjoyable as well.

We flew “first” class but snacks were cheap and trying to locate our bags was frustrating.

Even basic stuff like editing passenger info kicks you out to their mobile website. Id rather just use the mobile website if there is more functionality there.

I’ve flown with American Airlines three time and each time was comfortable and fast.

What a well constructed, easy to use app. Most helpful tool provided by any airline. Has airport maps, shows when and where you will leave and arrive, and all information is accurate/instant.

The customer service is great and planes are clean.
