Please add saved search history!

I love Amex travel, but it times out frequently, and it would be nice if I could easily refer back to the search I was just on. Pleaseeeee add a feature to click on previously searched travel destinations/dates.

New version slightly improved but still somewhat limited functionality

Inability to filter search results for a hotel brand or name makes app extremely cumbersome compared to the website. New version of the app finally lists all my upcoming trips booked online or through Platinum Travel that I see on the website I do like the wish list functionality. That is a nice feature and glad to see that my wish lists that I created show up on the AmexTravel website.

Hotel map

Please add a map when looking for hotels to book, website has it but not this app.

Frustrating to Use

This app logs me out in the middle of using it. I’ll be scrolling through hotels and within 5-10 minutes it logs me out and I have to start the whole process over again because it doesn’t even save your last search. It also logs you out quickly if you switch to another app to look something up.

Terrible!

The travel app is awful. It’s slow and glitchy and makes doing everything much more difficult. Save yourself time and use the regular app.

App Stinks!

I can’t stand this application that I am forced to use to book travel with American Express now. The second I leave it to go grab a frequent flyer number from another file on my phone and paste it in, it signs me out! just did it three times in a row and I had to start my booking from scratch every time.. Fix this AMEX! In the meantime, I’m going back to my laptop computer because I can’t book the damn thing through their lousy application.
