But every task other than lock code asks to watch a video. Even when I watch the video...it asks me to watch a video. Exactly what did I pay you for?

how do you actually get it to unlock your device?

okay, so I’m confused.. i looked at the reviews and apparently- it’s not just me that’s confused, but, umm.. so how do you actually get it to unlock your phone-ipad or whatever? so yeah, two stars from me.
