Doesn’t work well for male photos. Often times will try to convert a male into female anime characters or creates abstract art instead of a nice output. Seems to use a limited set of control anime images to generate its output. Trying to generate a male fox ears will always result in a generic female image. There’s a lot better programs out there.

It works great and I love it but After a while I go into the app and it just freezes on the home page and I can’t click anything and I don’t know how to fix it other than deleting and reinstalling at the cost of loosing my photos

I wasn’t a super early adopter before there was a gender selection. Since I’ve been using the app, it’s been a blast. I’ve transformed my whole family into anime. If it doesn’t turn out, I just rerun it until there’s a good one. I was really surprised to find that it can handle more than one person too. I have an absolutely adorable pic of my wife and I as anime characters. It’s dangerous to come to my house right now because you’ll be forced to become an anime character. Love it!
