Overall very solid app and glad to have the F3800 Plus’s as my home backup. My 3 recommendations for the app are: 1. Provide a dark mode option, I like have dark backgrounds in general. 2. Allow on the Home Screen to display the wattage coming in from portable solar panels plugged in to the F3800 DC ports 3. Be able to limit the charge capacity when using ‘time of use’ mode. Right now in order to cap it at 80% you have to manually switch to self consumption and change your reserves to 80%.

am using the app with the Anker Prime 160W Charger. The app works well, but I strongly request the addition of a manual minimum charging wattage option, such as 2W or 5W. Being able to manually limit the charging power for small devices would greatly improve usability and would be expected for a premium product. Please consider adding this feature in a future update.

Please let me rearrange devices without deleting and re-adding them. Would be great to see more long term data. Would like to see state of charge and charge/discharge rates over longer terms. Sense’s meter display is very handy. Would like to see if batteries are getting to 100% overnight. Otherwise, doing great.

I bought Anker prime charger 160W and connected to this app and there was a popup to upgrade firmware. Upgrade failed at 75% and after that Bluetooth never connected to charger. No prompt help from support
