I just figured out I had anxiety and they told me to get this app for it.It helps me figure out and fox my breathing when I get anxious or stressed.They also have a chat where you can talk to a real therapist and you can ask questions and talk to them when you need help. So if you have anxiety and you need help get this app is amazing and helpful.

Honestly, such an amazing app. It really calms me. It has so many different features and so many different personalized things for people who want different scenes different music all the things I feel so calm every night before I go to bed I always do one of these and it helps me fall asleep.

It is very convenient to track all my anxiety and panic attacks  ‍​   

The exercises are very cool for relieving the symptoms of severe anxiety. The sound guessing exercise is quite uncommon. The exercise aids in concentrating on the sounds and shifting your focus. Sometimes it helps, but sometimes there are very annoying sounds.   ‍  ‍
