For some reason it keeps doubling messages, will show me 2 of the same messages frequently. Especially if there isn't a lot of mail in the mailbox

Aol is my personal e-mail since 2013 and I really enjoyed having this as my email account!!!

I enjoy using AOL and have used it almost since it first came out. I don’t know why a lot of more people don’t use it. They are up-to-date with everything as far as their features..

I have ax AOL for many years with no problems. They are my primary Email address. I am satisfied with AOL’s performance-

I like what all can be done with aol email. I like being able to save messages In created folders. I like how it tells you how many messages in the inbox and that all messages can be deleted at once. I like how you can search for messages you forgot to save. I like aol.

I’ve been using AOL from the beginning back when you used to have to pay for it it’s always had the best mail service the best virus protection the best overall customer support. I only wish I could do something about my junk mail.

I do not like that AOL added advertisements to there email, I was brought in from Verizon so ad free should be free for me.

I can select delete all junk mail simultaneously from the current days junk folder only. Afterwards However, junk mail accumulated after the current day must be deleted individually, message by message and takes forever to complete with all the junk mail passed through every day. If I wait 2-3 days to empty the junk folder there can be over 300 messages, each needing to be deleted individually. You need to permit mass deletion of the junk folder just as in Gmail. Best app you can ever go for.

Yolanda the driver was excellent, very courteous and friendly. It was so nice & thoughtful of her she helped me with my luggage. The next time I use a Uber I would hope to have her as my driver.

I’m still a life long user of AOL. I love the ease of their application and how intuitive their interface truly is. Keep up the great work AOL.

No other email program out there is easier to understand or navigate. It is the epitome of keeping it simple, easy to use, and reliable!

I have been with AOL from the time I bought my first computer to this day. People laugh when they get my address but I have never had to change from AOL because my satisfaction with AOL has been guaranteed to this day 11/18/2022.

Works, has folders, does what email expected!

For decades I’ve relied / to this network allied/Read your news to get by/ use the free e-mail, satisfied. AOL introduced a great new Mail feature (at least on IOS) in which a list of recently used folders appears after the Move button is clicked. This prevents the need to scroll, wait and then find the folder, which is an excellent convenience. However, in the last 2-3 weeks the recent folders only appear about half the time. Usually if they aapear one day they don’t the next. This appears to be a glitch. I tried reporting the glitch to Paid Technical Support, but they said the only possible wa

Good day I’m not sure exactly when I started with AOL but I think it’s 20+ years ago in a little town of Negaunee Michigan which only had DialUp Internet slower than a turtle crossing desert, but it worked. I've had AOL since the 1980's!! Simple to use, user friendly is my motto! I like the daily news as well.
