Hi I lost my remote I had because my dog chewed it when I first got it and now we got a different WiFi and the Bluetooth is connected but it won’t let me turn my lights on or anything. Can you help?

Had it for a couple years. I am enjoying these lights. I especially enjoy the ease of use and being able to reuse once you pull them off the wall, ceiling and all that

I love this app but idk how to shut off the timing thing so my lights turn white at 6am every single day and it’s so annoying( but this nothing against the app it’s my fault. I set it like that so it would wake me up but it didn’t work so when I wake up it’s super bright for no reason)

I like the product but after 3 months of use at 3 hours a day it didn’t connect to my phone

Theses are so cool I can turn of my Eli de lights on from my bed and I’m sick so it’s rly handy. The one thing I don’t like is the speaker bc if you accidentally press it is will go crazy and you can’t get it off but I LOVE THEM!I rly recommend

I love this app because when I can’t find my remote to my lights I can use this app and change the color or turn them off when I need to I want to have more apps like this

It’s very good for LED Lights when you need to use the lamp if you broke the controller like I did but I recommend using this app

It’s good but the music does not work and there’s no instructions to put on the music aka the music is just there for fun

It would be great if you could delete lights off the app. I have 3 rooms on mine and can’t delete any of them off the app.

They won’t turn on anymore but I know they still work

It’s a good app. It just is very confusing for the timer, it doesn’t allow you to actually set a specific time and if it does than it is not very helpful at all, and not user friendly.

I can’t play any music because I don’t have Mac or pc so that’s stupid why you have to have those to play music but other wise great lights

When I first got the app it was a life changer and when i found out that it could play music if you had a certain one and I have it it wouldn’t work so I just kept on trying and still wouldn’t work if you do know how to that would be awesome

I don’t have Apple Music so what do I do?

My lights will randomly disconnect and i won’t be able to change them and they’ll just be stuck that color

It’s an a amazing app and it works great but there can be probably where if u have another pare of light you can’t forgot the other light and every time you open the app and change the color it will be connected to the other lights and change the color on them as well and sometimes the lights will disconnect entirely and you can’t use the apps to change the color or turn the lights off but overall it’s a great app

Dear workers, I think that you guys should let multiple people use the app at once and we should also allow us to use the app how ever far we are away from the Led lights

It sometimes works but sometimes it jumps from color to color and it won’t stay on one color

It’s a good app but why can’t I download music from my phone, I don’t have a Mac book so apparently I can’t download music?

this app, i love it but its not working when i need it to for my lights.

Why is there no fade in the style section? You can only strobe and pulse. I would love for there to be an option to have it fade between only selected colors (blue to green, yellow to red, etc). Please make this adjustment

I thought it was really cool it says it plays music but it would not play I did all the steps and no music came on I got a little sad and annoyed by over all o think the app is amazing

The app is good it got some good colors and you can make your on colors so the app is good overall. But the app keeps disconnecting my led lights and I do stuff to try and connect it again and it still disconnects.

I really like the lights and app but my lights randomly stopped working and I have no other source of light in my room. Which is why this has caused me a really big inconvenience since I need some light to study and sleep.

This app is great and helps me control my lights and their colors. I think that this app could be a lot greater if you could put in RGB numbers and it would go to the color, that would give more people control over exactly what they want lighting to be. That’s all the feedback I have! Overall it’s a great app!

I feel like with this music part I feel like maybe if the lights went with the bass of the music and not just flipping through colors fast as the song plays I think this could improve it a lot

i’ve had the lights for about two years and today they just wouldn’t connect to the app so i can’t turn them on

At first I was at my friends house when I got the app. It worked for her LEDS for about 10 minutes. Changed them again and nothing. I went home and tried to change mine but nothing! I made sure my Bluetooth was on in the app and the corner thingy. I don’t recommend this app. If you have any idea what’s happening tell me pls!!!

I’ve used this app for a while, and the only thing it’s any good for is changing my LED light colors. I was fine with the fact none of the other features worked well, but here’s where the problem lies: I recently got a new phone for my birthday, and I re-downloaded the app on the new phone so I could control my lights. However, it is literally not possible to repair the lights on a new device. There is nothing online about it because no matter what, it only pops up with other brands. And their “

Turning one a light from different room turns on all the light in different places in the house. That’s terrible needs to be fix!!!!
