Great “but”

I’m thinking Apple is under going undergoing a significant help change. Understand and AI works most of the time but if not humans can be very difficult to reach. Suggestion: provide a phone number we can put in contacts when Apple schedules a call back. If in contacts it would not be blocked by our “unknown” number iPhone settings

Cool app, it helps with my storage

I was able to get support from an Apple advisor. It helped me with my storage. But my storage is still at 5.22 GB :(

Never buy apple

Two months ago an update to apple systems made my phone stop working. After dozens of hours in-store, call, and online support, they decided not to fix what they had broken. It was confirmed multiple times that this was Not a hardware issue (a problem with my phone itself) and I heard from verizon that this had happened to multiple other people in my area alone. Still, apple decided not to resolve this whatsoever. "Buy a new phone with applecare" is the only solution i am given. Sorry, no more a
