It was all good until I got to the pickup window and found out the smoothly machine was broken like McDonalds

Sandwich is sloppy to eat too much mayonnaise. I finally try gave up in the sandwich and ate the fish. McDonald has a better fish sandwich. Publix has great fried fish.

Can't use rewards with delivery from within the app, only pickup. If that's the case why use the app at all?

I love the deals, but I can’t log into my account using my Facebook login. I think this only happened recently.

The shake machine was down and I was charged for 2 shakes.They didn’t offer any beverages for a replacement so I had to go in again to ask for the replacements.Food was fresh and they gave me replacements.Good service and fresh food.Only 2 ppl there and I know that had to be hard but they still had their lobby opened.Praise them!

App works reliably and that’s better than most

Modifications that are available in store in person are not accounted for on the App, making the online ordering process, frustrating. Is this App a work in progress so that additional modifications are being added?

This is great as it speeds things up when the place is busy, and I absolutely love the fact that there are frequently deals, no matter what you purchase. However, the app needs more flexibility in substituting items for certain things.

The app’s been improved, but still doesn’t include the full menu. Notably missing is Arby’s full line of Market Fresh items.

This app used to basically just give you their menu. Now it at least gives you mobile ordering and the option to use coupons and deals, but it needs a REAL rewards program like everyone else has (with points redeemable for free food) and the ability to have your order made upon arrival (something else the competition has), rather than the choice of immediately (great if you’re a block away, not so much if you’re not) or at a preset time 30 minutes or more in the future (which may mean waiting a
