Untertiteln funktionieren nicht (iOS/Chromecast)

Wenn ich ein Video von meinem iPad oder iPhone über Chromecast abspiele, funktionieren die Untertitel gar nicht.

Works fine on Apple devices, but why is the app not available for iPhone the Amazon firestick?

iPhone SE

It worked the whole time, but suddenly it doesn’t anymore. Just the main ARD logo shows on screen, but doesn’t get any further on my iPhone SE, with IOS 15.7. But it works on my iPhone 10 and 13 mini. What has been done to the app, making it not working on my IPhone SE anymore? Same issue on yours? Or better, don’t download when you don’t have a newer iPhone. Sad that I have to delete it if nothing changes in a month from now. A.S.

Could be better

With the previous Das Erste app, I really enjoyed watching the livestream of Das Erste, but now, I can watch the shows I like (mainly Gefragt-Gejagt), but the livestream no longer functions. On the old app, there used to be a popup when show was blocked outside of Germany (mainly with sport), and I feel this could happen again. I like this app, but it could definitely be improved.
