I like Arlo, just wish it was a little faster in letting me know someone/something is near. I get a notification after the fact. All in all the pictures and sound is clear.
Never any issues at all except needing to log in again once in a while.

Quick easy set up. Love that there isn’t a base station. It connected so easily!
I enjoy the ease of moving the cameras around but the battery minder goes from 70-80%, to in the red, overnight.
I’ve enjoyed having my home monitored through this software and cameras and would recommend highly. The pics are clear and the sensors are a great range
A good app n stuff
Difficult to set up. There is no way to delete feed videos all at once. Controlling the notifications is very difficult too. Camera works great.

The system was installed so that I can watch the house from afar however, it is frequently off-line whenever there is a power fabulation. It needs to have a built-in back up power so that when there’s a variation in the electricity that we do not lose signal.

I have 2 cameras and they work well… however there’s one not so minor thing that is frustrating… I end up having to charge them every 7 to 10 DAYS … I expected to get MONTHS from a charge when I purchased them… it ain’t happenin’ and it’s disappointing particularly as cold and snow is just around the corner…
Cameras either hard wired or battery. Low light visibility, color, and two-way sound. Arlo is the greatest!
I love how clear the camera is and the night vision. I love the wide angles it captures. The reason I gave 3 stars is because I’m constantly having to charge the batteries. It always seem to happen that when I need to go back and look into the cameras, the battery had died and I can’t see what I need.
System, cameras, and placement options are easy and great to use. A great investment.
So far so good! App is easy and for the most part, the cameras catch whatever passes by.

This Arlo app lacking features like daily hourly scheduling so that you might only want notifications at late night to early morning. It would be nice if you could go to “Device” tab and all camera view are in Live mode.
Unable to link base station with Wi-Fi. Tried all the troubleshooting I could find on the subject to no avail. ☹️ Figured it out thanks. I reset home base station.
The app says that I have 45 camera recordings and when I go check I can’t see one. I am not happy with the app at all or the Arlo system. I would take the system back for a refund.
The response time between log in and viewing is too slow AND The app keeps logging me out!!!! Arlo continue to log me out and ask for the password repeatly!,,

It’s always asking me to re log in. Then I have to scramble around for my other device for two party authorization I cannot even log in from my work phone I get to the part where it says trusted device And i still cannot get in….. Very frustrating Why dies it keep going off line ?

Arlo lets me peek into see our far away granddaughter whenever I want a peek when she is sleeping. Wonderful without being obtrusive or a pest. It gives me a way to see them as I am praying for them.

We have five Arlo cameras. Two which came with base from years ago and now most recently three which connect to WiFi with sound and alarms. Love it.
I use 4 cameras. The action they capture is clear and very reliable. When home alone I feel very comfortable knowing they are keeping watch. Batteries have reasonable life on full charge for me. Would love to be able to attach to top rail of chain link fence.
Arlo cameras perform as advertised however battery power limits their use and require ladder and time to remove, recharge and reinstall every 6-7 weeks.
I stressed out on witch security system to buy as there are tons out there ! But ARLO was my top choice and I am very happy with it. I bought a refurnished system and they are working fine! Couldn’t be happier ! I have 3 cameras now !
Great product we use for the business but need to get monthly Billings for services rendered even though it is paid bay credit card. Could you please email me the Billings for this year? When you get it finished!

As a retired person I found the system easy to learn and use.
Not enough settings on the regular version.
I enjoy this app. I wish I could be logged in on my computer and the app at the same time.
The scrubber bar does not work during video playback. But it works on my iPhone.
Was fine for the three months subscription that came with the unit. After that, things started going wrong. Cameras going off-line. Not recording. Sensing but not recording. Reset multiple times. Still didn’t work So if you keep the subscription going it works fine
