Easy to fill out form
This is so easy to use
Just like Canada, this application is amazing.
Very easy to use and convenient however, when I added my passport information the first time it did not update right away, so I ended up adding my information twice. Not sure if that’s a little bug for the app or not other than that everything was easy.
It took me no more than a couple of minutes to come this form.
Very clear and concise.
I like being able to do this before your trip to save you time at the airport. Also the questions are very easy to understand.
The passport scanner is a little flaky and very difficult to lineup to get it to scan. It would be nice if there was crop marks on each corner. Or something because it would not scan when I tried to lineup the text in the photo then as I backed off away then it scanned, but it wasn’t lined up as the photo set showed

Easy to navigate
The app is super fast and makes entering your data really easy, including a quick scan of your passport. Well worth the cost.
Not able to correct misspelling of name and had to submit for 1.correctly spelled and 2.incorrectly spelled names.

I put in the arrival time that is on my Delta app (4:40 PM) for Delta FL DL2477 but the arriveCAN app kept changing the time to 10:34 AM. I tried 3 times & it changed it each time. I’m assuming they are using an international time.
What a simple way to do our declaration.
App would not let me enter correct time of entry, I was well with in the time allowance.
It is easy to complete on the app. Explain details and the section to calculate days is very helpful.
In the past, going from the United States to Canada was a friendly experience. Those days are gone. After this trip, I shall no return to Canada.
