There is a bug when re-logging in. There are unnecessary interstitial screens. It could probably be one long page instead of 5-6 individual screens. But it does the needful.

It was easier than what I had anticipated.

I found it very easy to use the arrive Canada app. Very intuitive and it didn’t take very long to provide all the answers. I love this tool!

Now better that it’s optional. Not so focussed on Covid related questions. Saves time to answer questions online.

I like this app as it easies my re-entry to Canada

It’s been 10 years since I last visited & this is the first time completing the ArriveCAN form. Easy to use (even for a gray-hair like me) & I appreciate the ability to save and close so I could return later to finish the form.

ArriveCan is great, but could not find arrival via auto option so chose nearest airport (Québec) Will have to clear that discrepancy up at border-found that frustrating. Perhaps I missed something when initiating the arrivecan process

You ask where I am staying. Was only able to input 1st location.

Questions and info required were clearly stated and, if needed, well explained.

The only issues are 1. The camera function is a bit too fast which snapped before the passport framing was nicely done. 2. Not able to edit the flight arrival time, only showing the present time of while working on the ArriveCAN app.

Easy to download. Easy to fill-out. No more paper forms.

This app is easy to use with one frustrating limit: the is only a short time window available for data entry. Our cruise departs Seattle on September 1 . This app will not allow us to enter our information prior to August 30th. So much for taking advantage of the capabilities of computers.

I could not enter the correct arrival date!

The app was very intuitive and I was finished uploading my documents and filling out the required form in no time.

Not enough time given to upload passport photo… passport doesn’t lay flat and there’s bad glare from the plastic coated image, so difficult to do this … need 3 hands, lol… hope this won’t slow down my border crossing!

Process & site was super easy to navigate and complete.

My wife and I have usually been well prepared with passport and vax cards on hand. We fill out and upload them. It’s been simple thus far.

No option for driving through. Have to give destination, but I’m not planning on stopping.

Scanned my passport in and the app recorded my name wrong, with misspellings (Fs for Es). Now uncertain what my reception at the border will be…

The app was simple to use as long as you have your information at hand. It wasn’t a problem at all.

When trying to put the time of embarkation would not take 1630 my estimated time of departure. Otherwise very good app. I have two Phiezer shots with two boosters was a able to send photos. Thank you.
