21 Positive User Reviews for Art Heist Puzzle

Fun

I love studying the paintings and learning something of the artist and the painting, but the mechanics of the assembling the picture is frustrating and annoying. You move a piece to this position and it decides to move it somewhere else. And the number of moves to complete the picture are not generous to begin with. Also some of the paintings are only potions of the original so even if you cheat you may still be putting pieces in the wrong place. Another example of “must make money” from your ap

Tickets, coins, why

Great game, I learned about so many new artists, with many women artists included, which is amazing. I don’t understand the coins and the tickets. I have so many coins and hardly any tickets. I wish I could trade in coins for tickets and play the smaller collections now that I’ve finished the 900th level.

Idea for a new feature

I would love to be able to heart the paintings I like and have a saved paintings collection! Thanks for the app it’s great

Excellent but…

Love this app but needs to add more puzzles to the collections. Main collection is stuck on 900 for a while now. I have purchased all additional collections but need more.

Fun learning

A fun way to learn to appreciate fine art & recognize great artists.

Play with Art

I sometimes just get fed up with and need something to distract myself from the stress of daily life. I have always loved art so making it into a game is a perfect diversion.

Fun puzzle game

I really enjoy this game. I am wondering if there is any way to earn tickets to purchase other packages? Maybe the only way to get them is to buy them? I thought maybe more would be earned with completed puzzles but nothing so far… great game otherwise.

Love the art works and the challenge

Don’t know what the picture looks like before you start

Art heist

Excellent means to learn about art and the artist

Very challenging

This is a lot more challenging than I thought. Still not sure of how it all works, but I think I like it.

Cleaver

I loved these puzzles at first. I found them very informative and loved the info about the artist that came out of back of frame. Then, the challenge came when I had to rotate the pieces. 90%of the time they would not rotate no matter how I tried. I got so frustrated when I was suppose to be enjoying it. Sorry, I had to delete app. It made my blood pressure go up!

Art Heist Puzzle

This is adictive I am seeing art in a different way and the notes are fascinating. While doing the puzzles I notice composition and use of color in a different way.

Educational, challenging and fun

Art heist is a puzzle game in which one arranges pieces to form classical and contemporary masterpieces. The reward is a bit of interesting information about the artist, the painting itself or the style and techniques used. Ads are reasonable in number and length and--impressive in these days of high inflation--the game can be played without spending money, although additional puzzles are offered for purchase, if desired. This is an extremely well done game, and I unconditionally recommend it to

However, can someone explain how the scoring works!( I paid for “ad-free”, btw.) And what determines the number of moves for each work? Does each work start out with the same number of moves? And when you request 5 more moves how does that affect the score? Some paintings are much more complex than others, are they scored the same? I have to say I’m a retired art history teacher and I could certainly suggest some improvements to the comments after the puzzle is solved.

intriguing game! Any way to get tickets other than paying for them?

Super enjoyable game. Tickets are expensive though. Any way to get some without paying real money?

Awesome!!

Love this app! Finished all 800 puzzles in permanent collection. Please update and add a second permanent collection. Thanks for creating a great app!

Stressful

Does not let you skip puzzles. It has move limits which are frustrating, especially with “ turn piece” puzzles which are often nonturnable, then you are stuck and can not go forward. It needs a skip button. I foolishly bought no ad option and can not play. I like the art, want a less stressful game.

The Artist Info is Gone

Where is the interesting info that went along with every painting? Now it’s just the name and date of the painting. Nothing about it and nothing about the painter. Big disappointment.

Heist?

I think the developer needs to look up the word heist. I thought this was gonna be a detective type puzzle game. It’s literally just a game where you swap pieces to put them in the right spot. Not even the slide kind where it’s a hair more difficult. I do like the facts about each piece and the pictures are nice but it’s too easy. They literally wrote a short story to describe the game and it’s just a piece swap game. I’ll probably keep it for when I’m bored with my other games. But it’s a
