I have played this game before when i was younger in the past and i loved it but now im trying to restart and play through it again but the game is bugged and whenever i click on heros or shop its just a blank blue screen with nothing there and the only thing i can do is missions

Right off the bat I keep getting “Must be online to play.” I am, and have been, online. So… three stars until the game actually loads.

When I trying to log in in with my save data before joining the game tell me I am offline when I am online

I love this game, it works great on my iPad but if I try playing it on my phone it doesn’t work no matter what I do, please can you try to figure out why

Ok so I just started playing this game because my dad was playing it he said it was good so I gave it a go and IT WAS AMAZING but when I first seen this game I thought it would be those crappy games but can you pls make a blood update because i thought it was going to be a bloody game but still good game.hope you have a good day

The game says to go online every time I do it won’t connect so why is it doing this

For some reason, I cannot play the game because it only shows “You cannot play offline”. I have internet but still nothing

the prices are outrageous its like “pay 70 bucks if u want half of a character in a old mobile game”

I’ve played this before and enjoyed it, but when it play it now it says connection error even though I’m connected to the internet?

I know it may not be about this game But I need Ac identity back it is my childhood and I need it to be back pls it heartbreaking ☹️😢😭

I played this a couple years ago but somehow stopped. Picked it up again a couple weeks ago, and I’m pretty addicted to it. I love my lil assassins. I will say, Ubisoft is definitely overcharging for some of the things in the store, imo. Of course, it is possible to get legendary assassins without paying anything, but it will take a lot lot lot longer. All in all though it’s a fun little game to pick up in between replaying the main AC games.

I absolutely loved this game. However, I can no longer play it. It gets stuck at the loading screen, insisting that I’m offline. I am completely connected to the internet and every single other app works perfectly. I’ve tried everything to make it work - force stop, delete and reinstall, restart phone, turn off/on both Wi-Fi and cellular, etc. No matter what it still insists that I’m not connected and I can’t play the game anymore.

Game is great until you’re out of Intel. unable to purchase Intel crashes every time you open the store. so excited now I’m just frustrated.

You have to do something about the magic the gathering ads!!! It locks up the game!!! Also if I swipe down to look at my clock it locks up the game! Lastly can you do something about the ads in general! So dang many that last so long!!! If I see another at for state of survival I am going to launch my phone into space!!!!

Are you ever going to add more building updates? Or new missions? Is the level cap ever going to change or are you just coasting along now??

There’s a issue that I can’t exit the store in the game and the daily mission hasn’t refresh

The games great but unlocking characters is left up to chance a bit too much

The game is laggy it doesn’t run smooth at all. Also there’s tons of characters that aren’t obtainable. Ubisoft needs to make every character available!

I just got this game today and i have been playing it like crazy it is one of the best games on mobile that i have ever played and i love the fact that there are tons of characters overall it is an amazing game Have a good day

Fun game but no way to restart . It links to cloud and no way around it. Makes it unplayable

So, I just started playing this game a few days ago and I enjoy it so far. I rated 4 stars because today I spent the rest of my helix points on DNA fragments for a new hero and I didn’t receive the fragments. Under the hero where you would purchase says unavailable and it took my helix credits. Is there anyway to get the hero or my credits?

This game is an awesome AC game for mobile

This game is fun but it’s so glitchy it’s almost unplayable.

The game is a mixture between afk and strategy. The art style is good and the combat amazing. As a fan of assassins creed black flag and others I can say this game is a 10 out of 10. You get addicted fast.

The game is amazing I love everything about it and it’s a good stress reliever one thing I hope gets added in the future is playing as members of the templars I’d love to play as haythem in the game

Pretty fun game, I like all the people I can acquire, but I like to use a controller when I play.

I love this game but the connection is screwing me over. It asks me to to connect to the internet even though I already am yet I still says I’m offline if you can fix I would deeply appreciate because I want to play this game more often

Love the game. Animation, design, mechanics, major AC characters, etc. So fun and would totally recommend if you’re a true assassin’s creed fan

Another game we’re developers can’t figure it out ... glitches out on loading screen EVERY TIME !!! It’s like developers are getting dumber and dumber with every game ....

I just started replaying the game, and my game is bugged. I can’t do anything with the hq, and I can’t view the shop, or change characters. Please fix!

I loved the game but I wanted where is elite squad I am getting pretty mad that it’s not out so I beg you to release elite squad again thank good game!!!

It’s a good game, but I can’t play it unless I’m directly connected to the internet. If I play on phone data it treats me as I have no data even though I’m on 5G.
