…is not meant for mobile phone screens. They is just to much on those screens. To be far, regulations, like in all phases of life, and the amount of information required just to cover this subject are somewhat at fault but, gee’s, give it a try. Love all your people though!

I have not been able to successfully load the icon so that I can access my account! What can I do?

I love this app so much. I’m so glad that my doctor uses this and hopefully the other doctors that I am in the process of finding will use this app too. it’s such an easy way to connect with my provider and I have everything all in one spot.

The app won’t allow me to sign in. It will let me click the sign in button and load a page to sign in, but that page is blank. Then when I try to sign in on Google I can sign in, but it won’t let me open the app. So I can only access my account while on a browser engine.

Much better than previous edition which wasn’t user friendly.

I like this app a lot because I can check appointments, lab results and prescriptions quickly on my phone.

I saw my doctor and had already downloaded the App yesterday in preparation for this visit. I was able to do everything on the app PRIOR to the appointment and at check in the only thing that was needed was my ID. The office efficiency was superb. One hour later, I was asked to confirm my appointments AND my visit note were available! I am in awe!!! What an efficient system. Congratulations for such excellent communication!! PS: I am a retired Neonatalolist and work as a Medical Service Office

I truly like this app. It’s very easy to use and my providers & I can easily get in touch with one another. Any new info I can share with them. Thank you for an app that is very useful and helpful for me.

I really like this application. When I need to reach out to the physician I can add photos to help explain what I’m saying and it help the physicians get a look at what I’m describing. The office also can reach out to me a lot quicker then wait for a time when they aren’t busy

I am so happy I started going hear Connie has been absolutely wonderful. Connie understand and helps me with all my medical concerns. I have also changed my pharmacy from Walgreens to WellCare pharmacy. They also have been wonderful!.

I have been using the patient portal for as long as I can remember. “Clearway Pain Solutions”. Have helped us out by providing a free consultation to their patients. I have found it useful and helpful for my pain management great job Pharos health condition.

how can I book an appointment if no options for the location appear...

What’s going on? I am at my doctors clinic outside the United States and have been trying to log on to show her my last test results. I am not able to log on despite trying for the last 45 minutes

Excited to have a provider who finally supports this app. However, the appointments page is blank in the App, but the web portal shows my upcoming appointments. Also nothing in the results tab on the App but on the web portal shows my test results. Messaging is the only feature that has worked for me. Would also be nice to be able to share health data with the Apple Health App.
