I love the quality and style of Athleta clothes. They are well made and stay in style. In addition, new styles are coming out on a regular basis.

Is there a way to put a gift card from a credit into the wallet portion of the app? I had to copy/paste the gift card number from an email to put into the right spot when ordering since the screen for the gift card seems to be part of the app and won't let me go back to the order. Hard to explain but hope someone understands and can fix this. Otherwise i like the app!

Athlete always has so many more petite options than other stores. I do wish petite sizes were available in-store, but at least they have them online.

The app keeps deleting my “saved for later” items every so often. Other than that it works okay.

Love everything about Athleta! Went into store and the sweetest rep. who asked me my size and said “there is no way” and proceeded to tell me I was smaller, she was right! I love the feel and the comfort of everything I purchase, comfy and casual!

For the most part I love this app. There used to be a way to exchange an item from an order but now there doesn't appear to be one, even tho it says "returns and exchanges" on order details. Please put that back in! As nice as your customer service people are, sometimes I just want to get it done online. Otherwise I love Athleta clothes, great quality!!

Best athletic brand ever for women’s and kids

I FOUND A NICE SWEATSHIRT- TOP AT THE STORE BUT NO PANTS. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL BY SHOWING ME HOW I COULD PURCHASE THE ITEM ON LINE AT HOME . EASY TO FIND ITEM AND ORDER WAS COMPLETE.

I was thrilled when I tried on my new Fairway golf skort! They're so soft yet supportive and comfy. Once I put it on I didn’t want to take it off! The under shorts never ride up so they stay exactly where they need to be. I like the skorts so much I just ordered another pair! They’re made with very high quality materials which is tough to fine these days!

Michelle helped me on 2-13-24 with an even exchange I wanted to make. She went out of her way to make sure the transactions happened and that I was taken care of. Great customer service! Thanks!

Overall experience

Great app. I prefer it over a desktop shopping experience. It does glitch out periodically. I don’t particularly love seeing pages upon pages of the same product is different colors. Wish all apps could have a feature to turn that option off. I feel like I burn out before seeing all products…

Love the app except when my cart gets deleted after I select my items and then sign in to purchase. Fix this please!

Instead of needing to go through each listed order to find an item you have ordered in the past, it would be beneficial to have all of the items you have ordered listed with pictures to make them easier to find.

Easy to navigate! Love the ability to go between Athleta, Gap, and Old Navy. Best of all, I can place orders from all 3 stores at the same time!

I love that I can shop athleta, gap and old navy all in one place!

The Athleta app has an easy toggle function to switch between stores like Old Navy. This app also allows you to add to the same bag, even when shopping in different stores. I thought I couldn’t promote Athleta more but this tops the cake!

For some reason, since today, my entire purchase history is missing.

Ever since the most recent update, the Purchase History section of the Account tab shows no orders! The message says “no recent purchases associated with your account”. Please fix asap, how can I proceed with a return if there are no orders in my profile?

I get that you want to be inclusive. But when I specify extra or extra extra small, I don’t want to see extra or extra extra large women. I have no idea what an extra large woman is doing in my filter. I have no idea how something will look when it’s on someone is the opposite of my body shape. A complete waste of time and very annoying. Use your filter so only images of women in my size appear, PLEASE!!
