ATP WTA Live App Reviews

Great app with great info, however, due to the lack of technology within the development team, I’m being forced to delete this and change to another one. Very unsatisfied with the waiting and loading times. Unacceptable in 2025.

It would seem that an app dedicated to the ATP and WTA would find a way to have the app functional during the biggest tennis tournament of the year in the United States. But no, it’s not even updating the scores and it has currently no players playing live. Sad.

here it is the afternoon of the second Tuesday of the U.S. Open, and they can’t show any results for today. it’s always one thing or another that isn’t working.

Getting scores is slow. Almost like whatever data the app is pulling scores from has a super slow server or something?? The pop ups for trading cards gets annoying. Wish there was a selection to never see it again. For someone who uses this app 300 times a day - it makes me go check scores online on google instead. This app is now only useful to me for rankings and calendar.

I wish at least under schedule tab, I am able to see men's singles only or women's singles alone, or juniors etc… it is too confusing now like we are dumping all the info in one place. You figure it out. Oh well, just one person's opinion.

I really wish they showed the challengers matches in the bottom tabs instead of in more. It should be one of the coolest parts of the app but instead it’s hard to use.

This is among the most-used app on my phone, and I just discovered the setting to use local time - may have been there for a while but I’m so glad to have that feature! The one feature I would love to have is the ability to hide scores from the Schedule page. Since I am rarely in the same time zone as the tournaments, I record and watch when I can, and when I consult the Schedule to find the games I want to watch I can inadvertently see the scores of completed games. Finally, with the latest update the news page refreshes to current stories. But you can’t read those stories because the articles are blank pages that won’t load! Wow.

The app is great but is missing one thing: Apple Watch capability. Can you please add that? Thank you.

Good framework, but incomplete. It’s like an outline, but the sub sections may be there, or not. The follow-through to complete the app was dropped. One example: the match stats: you cannot view the stats by set, even though the option is there. Plus all the other glitches in previous reviews = frustration. Once the app is complete, it will be great.

Used to be a good app until recent updates made it worse. It's taking much longer for schedule to load for each tournament and when you select tomorrow in the drop down list it doesn't always load the next day's schedule.

This one of the worst apps. Much of time, scores are missing, schedules are wrong or missing. It is so unreliable that I deleted it.

Always lag on this app—— and it freezes regularly as well. After reinstalling 5 times in the past 3 months, I’ve given up

The app is mostly ok, but it seems like every time you launch it, it interrupts you with a full-page ad for some collectible for the ATP or the WTA. Just let me see the scores!

I have notifications on for my favorite ATP and WTA players but I never receive any notifications for WTA. If this is really for fans of both tours, prove it. Update as of April 2024: well, the ATP tour match notifications have been broken as well all year. That’s one way to achieve equality!

Annoying because I think it has potential to be great, it feels pretty simple to navigate and is quite user friendly but so many times where it can’t load a page and force closes, won’t load a challenger match stream, won’t update scores accurately in real time etc. how are these things not taken care of I don’t understand it?
