It's bad enough you got rid of my favorite pretzel glazin raisin and the regular pretzel dog. I started eating the cinnamon sugar. Hardly any cinnamon sugar is on the pretzel these days. They don't taste as fresh. The mini pretzel dogs aren't bad but now it's too much for me to eat. And what's with the girls not asking if you want a small or large If you don't mention it, let's assume they want a large. 😡 The only thing I care to get these days is the lemonade. Very disappointed.
I have been on a pretzel dog kick lately and well 2 orders were not cooked just right but they made it right no questions asked. The GM at my local store Maddie is just amazing! Thank you!

The app should have it so you can reach a rep online and not have to call. Especially when it’s for something simple like for myself all I want to do is find out if you guy’s offer any birthday specials and if so is it valid for the birthday month or just the day of?
The food is good but it want let me put my birthday it’s just stuck on may 26 2011.
The oak ridge location is really nice(: good customer service and good food. Definitely will be visiting again when I’m at the mall

When I order my pretzel, I’ve been doing it for a while and they always telling me the barcode scanner is not working so take your receipt and do it so when I try to scan it through my phone, it doesn’t work but when I enter it manually it works. I’m really not a complainer, but if we can fix these little problems, that would be great. Thank you.

Staff unaware of AARP discount…waited for manager….paid full price for order since manager stated we would have to order on line.
Melissa went out of her way to be kind and professional in serving me this afternoon. We chatted about the old stamp cards and told her I still have my old ones. She told me that Auntie Ann’s still does points, but on the app which I did not know. Now I can get points the modern way.

Love Auntie Anne’s pretzels but the ordering function can be tweaked a little. On the ordering part on the app it just feels like a regular webpage. Maybe this app can do their ordering similar to Chick-Fil-A’s. Where everything is categorized and then from the category you select what you want.

Need better deals and a side sauce should come with Pretzels not pay 98 cents for a small sauce

Yes, I love the Bucket Cinnamon Sugar Nuggets and the Sweet Glaze. The nuggets are always hot and fresh. Go eat them and you won’t regret it!!!
OMG I love the pretzels
Vivian and Marquis were simply amazing. She took the time to assist and show me how to properly use my app. This was only after she herself used a discount code for my son’s free nugget bites.
Not sure why the app doesn’t bring up this location. There are advertisements all over their kiosk for using the app yet their scanner doesn’t work. I went there twice and I ask the young men ringing me up to put the receipt in the bag and nothing was there when I got home. I asked her for it today to be handed to me. Ha I know better now. Food excellent.

The app is difficult to find the items you’re looking for or substitute items you want to change.
Manager is very short and rude. When I asked what her name was I was told that she couldn’t tell me because of HIPAA. First time I have ever heard this other than in an healthcare facility. Also….will only let your redeem 1 reward every 4 hours. If you earn rewards…you should be able to use them whenever you would like. One gentleman that worked there was very kind and nice, but others were rude and nasty.
