Need Apple/Google wallets support
I love my Autel charger and the app does a great job. Supporting wallet like ChargePoint will be a great improvement.
Latest upgrade broke it
Overall a good app but the latest upgrade now limits the max amps to 15 amps even though I’ve always been able to charge at 40amps
Missing push notifications
Noticing that I’m not getting push notifications when it starts charging etc. and I’ve checked all the settings on the app and my phone to make sure everything is enabled. Other than that, I’m happy with this charger and app!
Been using for two years now.
Rock solid application that they continually maintain. It’s been working just fine for me. Very happy with the app and the hardware. Keep it up doing a great job!

Paying for fuel
Cant express how happy I feel! The moment I installed, powered and connected an EV to my charger. Game changer! User friendly app, easy to navigate. The best part of all!!!!!! The app allows you to enter the KWh rate that my electrical provider charges for my home consumption . The cost is calculated. The app displays good stats on the charging process.
Works fine
Does the job on a Chevy Bolt. Verified numbers with GearIT surge protector. Good app. It would be nice to be able to disable remotely when traveling, to prevent illegal use.

Easy to use.
2 port dc fast charger was installed the dealership I work at for our new EV vehicles. The charger is great and the app is easy to use. Just scan the QR code on the charger and it goes. Then I get a notification when it’s done charging so I don’t have to go out and keep checking it.

Love Autel
Looked at a lot of different home chargers before I picked Autel. I purchased an Autel 50amp 240V hardwire and it works perfectly with the app. I have been using it for over 6months without any issue. The app makes use so easy and has so many features. 5-stars

Allow re-up from the app!
This is the only charging app I’ve encountered that won’t let you reload from the app. It forces you to prepay an amount to start charging (I did $10, not knowing how long I’d stay) and then forces you to disconnect the plug and initiate a new session to continue. Seems insane.
