10 Positive User Reviews for Automower Connect

Serviceable - if the mower works

The app itself is useful and easy to configure. There are tweaks- such as rotating the map to change the mower path- that are not apparent from the app itself. The issue is the hardware - if one has an issue, Husqvarna customer service is about as bad as it gets, in particular if one is a residential customer.

Status on main screen

You should give more information than just parked on the main screen. It would be nice to know why it’s parked between schedules or parked for good or for a period of time. I think it used to provide this info.

Constantly crashing on my 14pro

Decent app, easy to navigate, but can’t go 2 minutes without it crashing and exiting out. Other than that it’s not bad.

Good interface but still needs some work.

Overall I’m mostly happy with the app and its interface with the mower, but there are serious connectivity issues with it. Especially in the map tab. It crashes frequently, to the point that I can’t make multiple edits to the mowing zone programming. It would also be nice to have a manual mow option via the app controls to mow the occasional spot.

Works great when it works

The app does an adequate job of allowing you to manage the machine, but the number of times I’ve had to delete and re-pair the mower is ridiculous.

Practical

I have been using this for couple of years now. No Major updates happened. Works as expected every time .. Reliable not fancy

After 1 Year

So far, so good. You definitely have to be strategic about how you run the lead-out wire and about filling large-ish holes in your yard, if you want the mower to run unassisted for days on end. On the other hand, chasing down this mower to re-start it, when it gets stuck in a hole or when it needs help back to its mower house, is good exercise!

V2025.08

This update breaks the run out of schedule functionality. After selecting your time period (which 3 hours has been removed as an option), nothing happens.

WTF… App Shuts Down

So I connected the app, set EPOS, set docking station, mapped the back yard and set 3 of 5 stay out areas. But then driving to the 4th area, the app just shut down. No big deal, restarted and drove 30 seconds and the app shut down again. Repeat a dozen times at least. The app auto closes after 30 to 45 seconds. Kinda makes it unusable, NO? Checked the App Store, I have the most current version. Help 😒??

Intermittent 5 star

The mower works well when it’s working. There have been some software challenges and no one seems to be able to fix those. The mower just stops and has a map error and I have to intervene by turning it off and back on. This seems like a small deal, but when you have to do it every two days and your yard never finishes then that becomes the problem. i’ve also had problems with cloud connectivity more than likely it is the LTE communication board.
