I’m happy with the purchase every time

AutoZone is up to speed when it comes to their app. A lot of specialty retailers miss the mark when it comes to e-commerce. But AutoZone app makes it super easy to register, add my vehicles, find matching parts, and get products ordered and shipped. And I really like the same day delivery option from my local store.

This is a pretty solid app but needs to have the ability to use saved credit card information on an iPhone

AutoZone, the old faithful! I’m 45 y/o & for as long as I can remember myself, friends & family have all been customers of our local AutoZone auto parts locations. AutoZone is definitely OG, IMO, of the Auto retail location. It’s been around for so long, it’s managed to keep up with the times and still provide a sense of nostalgia at the same time!

Good insights on your vehicle but does freeze in app

Recently My Wife’s Car Broke Down And It Was Found To Be The Primary And Secondary Batteries . Well After Some Searching We Went To Sidney To The New Auto Zone Store And We Were Treated Like Royalty And The Store Is Amazing And The Manager And Employees Are As Well. * And They Even Have Public Restrooms * I Want To Say Welcome To The Area & Thank You For The Experience!!

Found a TPS sensor valve for $1.97!!! New TPS Sensor at the Lexus dealer $85. Moreover, I also purchased parts for: -1989 Pontiac and -2007 BMW Much appreciative!!

The app works well enough, but the payment options are a little challenging. It does not allow for saving and recalling credit card information, nor will it pull from the iPad saved information.

Hello staff, Wow, I fill out lots of customer satisfaction surveys and the first thing I noticed about this one is how even though I rated this app 2/5 stars, you were not interested in knowing why I rated it this low. Other apps politely request if we can write the reason and what they can do to improve it. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve been a faithful customer of AutoZone since around 1990 and will continue to be! Last, I’m a military veteran, this part is not available at the stores so I’m f
