I did have some problems at first purchasing my ticket but after I tried on my laptop it worked. I got the tickets about a week later and on ticketmaster you have to wait a day or 2 before the event which I hate. overall 5/5

I spent days here and there trying to sign up so I could get my tickets. When I turned off my VPN , than it finally went through.

I bought my tickets in February and didn’t get my tickets until two days before concert and I had to call twice to get tickets.why don’t you get tickets when you buy.

Customer service staff was quick to respond and very knowledgeable.

Had 3 tickets for the rodeo, but work got in the way. The app was very easy to use and boom tickets are gone!!

Easy to navigate the site and choose what seats you want. The seating charts were accurate and no disappointments here. First time using this site but will definitely be back soon.

When you get suckered into a third-party, they don’t require them to transfer the tickets right away not until a few days before the event and then by time you realize they were fraudulent and you were taking advantage of. It’s too late.
