The posting said the device was completely functional. I bought AirPod Pros on the “fair” condition and the side button for skipping songs does not work on the left AirPod. Got what I paid for, apart from that, the finish on the case is not good.. it feel like they took house paint and just went over it with a brush.

Just received my phone today and it was delivered 100% Flawless, No cracks, scratches, dents, or wear and tear. Phone was brand spanking new, and my husband loves it. I was looking for the cheapest option for AirPods Pro and I visited a lot of online shops that looked pretty sketchy; offering impossibly cheap prices with no product reviews. I found back market and it was like the perfect middle ground. It is a super reliable company that sells quality refurbished electronics for a lot lower than market price. I got my AirPods and I could not be happier with the quality or the price.

I purchased so far four MacBook Pros and three phones. All of the items were unbelievably in good condition, except one phone that came with extra scratches and I returned it which was smoothly get refunded. Unfortunately, I have just experienced a problem with the MacBook Pro I purchased recently. A battery issue and the heating issue also. I am still optimistic about their services. What I like the most are clear communication and policies. I will definitely recommend this application.

Ok if your on the fence don’t be it’s legit. I order my xs max in good quality expecting scratches or some signs of use but nope. It’s a brand new device only issue is the 87% battery but not a bother I barely use my phones anyway.

So I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try. I ordered a gold iPad and received a space Gray one. It was a disappointment but they refunded me 20$ 😒 bottom line, I honestly don’t recommend ordering from here. It’s unreliable and they’re negligent.

This is an app rating/issue, not a merchant rating/issue: For there to be no filter in the search for things like ram is, to me, quite a large oversight, which ends up costing me a lot of unnecessary time. There should also be the option to save search filters.
