This is an almost perfect port of a legendary game. The only problem is the UI. They added a scaling slider, but the UI is still too small at the max setting.

Controller support

As good as this game is, it really needs an update for newer devices to make the resolution correct. And this probably applies to the rest of the games in this series as well

People complaining about hit percentages and fighting mechanics have never played D&D and they’re telling on themselves. This game requires lots of saves and planning. Get prepared.

Controller support please

I love this game, I bought Neera and Dorn storylines and played this for years on my old IPad. I have all the sequels too. I got a new iPad and reinstalled the app, but it looks like it is making me repurchase Neera and Dorn! Please tell me this is not true! Help! HELP!

I played BG2 on computer and it was really fun so I got it on phone. However, the interface is very small and it’s hard to play. The actual game (story, challenge, mechanics, etc) is really good but it doesn’t fit a mobile screen. If you can get past it though, it might be worth buying.

The entire collection of overhaul games would be 5 on iOS except… well except they will not update the app to go full screen. I’d prefer to play on my phone over my PC. But with the games not fitting to my screen they’re too small to be enjoyable.. if it gets fixed it would be an easy 5 star.

Needs controller support!

Awesome port for iPad, happy to give 5-stars as there was a lot of effort that went in to capturing the best parts of the original.

These games are timeless and amazing. Rich deep stories with great game play and graphics.

The smaller screen on IOS takes some getting used to but being able to zoom with your fingers really helps I HIGHLY recommend cranking your phone brightness to max and then the game is as beautiful and easy to see as a game of this generation can be on a phone So far my custom party of 3 has just made their way into Beregost town. Loving the game so far, played the original and its DLC’s and sequels on pc

Can we get controller support for the Baldurs Gate series of games?

I loved these games so much... and never got to finish them when I was younger. Now I have them on my phone... and all I can say is thank you very much. I finally get to play this game out in all good and evil directions. Never had the chance... til now. <3 Thank you... thank you so much.

Solid port of an excellent classic from BioWare. That being said it’s way past time to update the resolution to actually fill the screen on iPad Pros.

Love the game just wish it had controller support

The game is great but I can’t play with my brother who owns the PC version. His is version 2.6 and mine is 2.5. Please bring the IPad version up to date so we can play with our friends and family! Thank you!

I used to play this when I was a wee lad, and I love the fact that now I get to take such a great game literally everywhere with me now. I am excited to see what else comes this way!

Great game, will raise rating if/when support for keyboard shortcuts or Bluetooth controller support is added!

It’s baldurs gate. Sticky control , bad AI, just like you remember it!

Its an amazing game that translates well to ipad. Brings back a lot of memories. Even though I still have the foldout CD holder and the PC to play it on, its just better on the ipad. BOOOOO to anyone giving a 1 or 2 star rating... BOOOOO

As I was going through durlags tower. First time play through, first exposure to the DnD world. The game was a real treat. Looking forward to playing the others!

This is easily one of the best rpg’s out there. For someone who, before playing this, had never played this type of game I can say it took a little bit of trial and error at first but the experience was well worth the commitment.

Great game but it crashes in so many situations and it’s super buggy. the dlc content black pits crashes once you beat a certain early enemy also. The game and story itself is amazing as hell but I can’t enjoy it while it’s crashing.

I accidentally Karen’d because I’m kinda dense, hope this redoes my negative comment. This game is in my top 10 of all time, and handles way better on a 13 inch tablet than any other platform.

The game runs well on my iPad Pro however, audio only comes in through my headphones. I can’t seem to get it to work with the internal speakers, weird. I’m only an hour or so in and looking forward to get back to it!

Started a new game, but all of the characters are stuck together in a group and can’t move past each other so you can’t do anything in the game.

It’s amazing to see my all time favorite computer games come to mobile so I can play the, on the go. The nostalgia of the classic BG:TotSC with the enhanced edition updates makes me so happy.

Everything is so small I can’t see anything. It is unplayable even when I turned the font size all the way up. It’s a shame but I will be returning this game.

Thought this game was going to be amazing, then I get into my first battle with a basic level 1 wolf. My character did 15 slashes and missed every single strike, and if it wasn’t for imoen, I would have died. Second wolf same story. I chose a fighter class and can’t fight apparently. If the fights are going to be this boring and take this long to kill even a basic level 1 enemy, the rest of the game seems like it’s going to be a slow slog. I’m sorry I don’t think it should take 110 strikes to de
