The app hangs when I try to cast my iPhone to my smart TV.

Keeps bugging out and not allowing me to watch the game. It keeps going to the loading screen. And then gets stuck on it.

Video quality is great but I constantly have to exit the app and open it again to load the game I am watching. This happens regardless if I am viewing on my phone or TV and WiFi makes no difference. Was really looking forward to following my teams but will be cancelling at the end of the month before I’m billed another cycle.

The app lets you select a favorite team. Yet the main page and default game is not your favorite team. Also when casting to a TV it does not upload to live coverage, when it finally connects, it’s over a minute behind and you have to manually fast forward to get back to live coverage. App definitely needs some work though I’m sure Bally doesn’t care at this point.

I’ve had this for quite a while and I admit that it works correctly every now and then, BUT mostly there is some video issue. The playback stops after only a handful of seconds, then have to try loading it again, or get shown an error with a retry button, or end up killing the app. It’s agonizing to try to watch a whole game like this. Now sometimes even see this weird effect where it looks like the video is zooming in and out repeatedly until I kill it. Ugh

Probably the worst app I have on my eye phone. Works half the time if that. Constantly cuts out. Garbage
