It doesn’t let me watch the videos that my coach sent to everyone so u need to fix that that’s the only problem

Thank you advance for the help. The recording of our Worship service disappear from the App today. Is there anyway to have it retrieved. It was there for several people viewed it. Help or advise please. Thank. VS

This is a great app. Only issue I have is. I can’t use it without WiFi and that’s so annoying. I have an iPhone 13pro and should be able to use it like all my other apps without WiFi.

the app is pretty good overall, but the only problem i have with it is when someone uploads videos and i try to watch it , even with good internet connection, it still lags badly and i cannot watch the videos with out the screen turning black or buffering.

The adding pictures feature is glitchy. I only have one shot at a prompt to add photos to upload per time I open the app. If I’d like to add more photos and be prompted again, I have to force-close the app and start all over. And, when the pics are uploaded, I have to come completely out of the add photos screen and go back on again in order for what I added to show up to be selected. It’s super annoying and IDK how I’ve been dealing with it all these years. Please fix this, I beg you.

This is an essential app for the arts program at my school. We use this for setting up events and posting tracks, choreography, etc. However, it’s sooo laggy. Everytime I click on a video to watch it, it takes a good minute for it to play. Even then, it often decides to stop playing out of nowhere. My main issue is with downloading videos. It refuses to download anything without me having to repeatedly tap on the download button for a good few minutes. Overall, I wish this app wasn’t so difficul

The app is amazing but it says chat temporarily disabled so I can’t talk to people

You have to actually click on the specific band you’re in to change it, not your profile from the Home Screen of band app, after that you just hit settings and it’s right there at the top, which in my opinion is a bit tedious. I had some trouble with this today but eventually overcame this hurdle of a communication issue. This app definitely has room to improve and has potential.

I like this app but why can’t you change your profile picture without it deleting your history? Sometimes we like to change our profile picture. Say someone changes their hair color. Wouldn’t it be nice for them to be able to change their picture to show that?

I just downloaded this app for cheer and I went to add a photo to my profile. I searched for one and then tapped back out of it. Now the only option to edit my photo takes me to a “recent” file with no photos in it and won’t let me change or add anything. How do I work around this?

Hello please think about making the attendance sheet for an event able to multi select members as present, late, absent, and so forth. It is a pain to have to select each one and put their status when you have a lot of members at an event.

It’s a very good app I am a competitive cheerleader and this is a amazing app for my team and for others too❤️

The app is alright. I use it for theaters and we send videos of choreography through the stream. The videos never load and if they do it’s only for a few seconds. It won’t let me download the videos to my photos so J have to screen record all of them. The rest of the features are all right.

Love the app. One quirk is when we embed a Google signup sheet it doesn’t open directly. It prompts u to download it even though I already have it. Then when u click thru it still doesn’t open. Pls fix this! Thx

I searched high and low for an app that I could use to host a work-related discussion board that didn't require a Facebook account. This is the one! Has everything I needed and more.

It’s okay but videos take so long to view even with good internet or service it takes so long to watch and they stop after like the first two seconds. Every other video on YouTube or TikTok works fine I just struggle to watch videos on this app.

I used to absolutely love this app for organizing my 5-person household. It’s almost like Facebook for small groups. There are so many features… calendar with subscription options, private chat function, calendar, etc. My grown kids pay rent to us everymonth so we were using the bill split feature to keep track of who had paid. That feature now requires you to have a stripe account.

My fitness group has been using Band for about a year. We post pictures and videos daily of our activities, everything has been wonderful until about a month ago. Can someone help me with videos that show expired? As soon as someone posts a video, it shows as expired and everyone’s feed, and no one can watch it.. please help!

Honestly its the best app ever for any sorts of clubs or groups. I need this for soccer and its honestly the best app out there.

I love the BAND app… seriously- it makes cataloging our exercises and run throughs so easy. There are a lot of great functions- however some features on the app just don’t work super well… For example, the labeling feature. I love the idea, but it’s super buggy. I try to label something, and sometimes it flat out doesn’t work, sometimes it links to the correct label but doesn’t show the post anyway… very annoying but if it gets fixed, that will be an awesome feature!

I am able to easily keep up with Band activity no matter where I am. If you have a Mac with an M1 or later processory, then it will run the iPadOS version just fine. Our aquarium club uses it all the time I can dictate a quick response on my iPhone to place a bid on a fish. I can type out a long club message on my iPad in the coffeeshop. Plus, if I am working on my desktop at home and a Band notification comes across, I can instantly get the jump on that nice group of aquatic plants. G

Videos under 3 minutes are saved permanently- I have 97GB left and all my videos (20 seconds - 60 seconds) are expired?? I’ve used this app for the second year, created a new band for each squad and don’t know why all my videos/pics are expired?!?

Help! On the Band app we are no longer able to view videos saved in the Photo Album! They are greyed out and say Expired on them! Happened after recent update! I pay for 100 GB space so I have plenty of it so that is not the reason! It works if people LOG IN using the website Band.us but not in the app

I love the ease and convenience of the BAND app, but it’s a serious drawback that admin/moderators can’t delete chat messages after they’ve been sent for 5 minutes. I use the app for youth group and teens say stuff they shouldn’t sometimes without thinking. The only way to get rid of a message, then, is to delete an entire chat room. Is there a reason why this isn’t a feature? Otherwise I love having the calendar and post features all in one app, and adding members to the group is easy yet secur

After trial period, my org cannot implement this app because the iPhone app doesn’t integrate with google drive. It’s a deal breaker for us. We need the band app for iPhone to integrated with google drive and google calendar. It does it somewhat on droid. Many of other Apple apps integrate fine with google drive on the iPhone.

Every time I try to look at new chats or notifications is says “Sorry an error has occurred “ and I need these for school stuff that’s due rlly soon! Please help me!!!😰😰😰

Everything functions well for me and serves the purpose it is meant to except the GIFs. In a chat I go to the stickers/GIF button and search for a GIF but nothing happens, the GIFs that automatically pulled up stay there. In the past it was just slow or froze sometimes in the GIF selection, now it just seems broken. As long as that’s not super important to you then everything else is great.

It’s not an awful app and is actually very useful. It’s just a little buggy sometimes, which is understandable.

The app has amazing features and the idea is great, they just dont work. Every video that is posted on BAND that I try to play does not load. I have tried for times up to 20 minutes and the video will not play. Update after update, I hope the video performance will improve, but time after time again videos do not play once posted. I wish I could just tap on the video and have it play, instead its random every time.

I love this app, it’s so easy to use, I haven’t ran into any bugs or issues, and I can stay updated on my high school band assignments. It’s a great app, it’s like Discord, but for School!

Our dance families love the band app! It is a secure platform to share important communication, fun photos and videos! Highly recommend!

Had an issue with it not working b4 but it fixed itself, still kinda clunky and hard to navigate tho

The most recent update still is very difficult to scroll through gif selections. The app freezes as you are scrolling down the list after searching a word.

Took me an hour to find out how to join a band which is crazy. After asking others it seems I’m not the only one who has a problem with it. THE ONLY way to join a band is on there website or with an invite. There is no search function inside the app on the home page or any other despite what many guides say. This took me several days to figure out and I’m pretty tech savvy. It’s no wonder this app has only 3.9 stars. I’ll update the app as I use it but so far… NOT GOOD.

Trying to send and receive messages does not work well. Clicking on a notification does not bring you to where the notification was sent. Navigating the thousands of menus is hard.
