I play Diablo 4 on console. It’s a very chat heavy game, so I was thrilled when I saw I could use the Battle.net app to send direct messages instead of using the brutal console keyboard system. But sheesh the app seems like an abandoned project. Can’t see messages received unless I’m friends with them. If you minimize the app and then come back to it, none of the chats will show and you’ll have to restart the app entirely. Every time. This gets horribly obnoxious very quickly. And it’s even some

I buy and get gifted coins off battle net but it doesn’t transfer to the game so I can’t buy anything of the actual game and now credits are now doing the same thing but the only difference I can use my credits

I have this bug where I can’t see any of my battle.net friends. Other than that, this app helps me play by myself when i need it. Really handy.

Has trouble starting up sometimes, will log you out otherwise good no problems

I really need my skin from twitch I accidentally connected my old twitch account and claimed it but it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t gotten my skin I watched for 6 hours and it’s almost expired.

Although battle.net is designed well and is easy to use, it is a bit buggy and needs more features. Like, being able to upload files and joining vc via mobile.

Okay so I just got the app but I don’t want to delete it yet. I got it as a substitute for discord. Just wondering if some more games could be added? I’m much more of a relaxed player. I’m not really into the games it has now. I don’t know if any games can really be added but I prefer Minecraft, GTA5, and RDR2. I may or may not still use the app depending on how I feel as of now. Thanks!
