Review

Needs more user friendly features to find, filter, display results. Needs also to only display options based on my network. Otherwise the information is too much

Useless

Although the app appears to be by BCBS it is really controlled by the providers and if you are charged twice there is nothing customer service can do for you until the provider says so. Therefore for virtual visits it is better to wait for your own medical provider to get an appointment. The doctors can’t even provide a steroid for bronchitis. Steroids are not narcotics but they would rather you suffer with chest pain.
