Quick to set up and easy to use. Affordable transportation, especially if you live far from the metro or bus stop. Fair prices, they don’t steal your money if their equipment doesn’t work either. If your ride is less than 30 seconds, they’ll ask what went wrong and charge you 0tl

Expensive too much

In Darwin, they go very slow, they need to match other states and go faster

The price is a bit much for me, but it’s good to use from time to time when I’m running late

With all the restricted areas, beam scooters are functionally useless in Kuala Lumpur. I love scooters. I love using them to travel around. I hate when the app strands me in a restricted zone, with no nearby parking spots, and then charges $50 RM. Beware—you will be stranded in restricted islands using this app. Never again. Sorry I downloaded this app. Really a waste of time. Should’ve just called a Grab.

Why did I rent a car for 15 minutes but was charged double the amount I paid? The receipt showed RM 12.10 but I was charged RM 24.20 I returned the car to the correct parking lot and took photos. Doing more than refunding half the money I had to spend.
