This app is great. I can access my Belk card through it along with checking my account balance and make payments. Great filters to narrow things down since there are so many items on the site. I also like that they have a pick up in store option. The only down side is that it doesn’t show all of the products that are in store. There are a lot more items if you go in to the store.

I really like this app. So easy to get through it. Everything is very clear. Most apps are very confusing but not this one. Thanks

Has been easy to use, however, I have had some hiccups trying to find some store locations for pick up and merchandise for items at locations. I have had problems applying store credit and Belk reward coupons. I’ve also been logged out of the app and timed out of the app.

The Belk app is updated but is still saying I need to update app and will not let me in. I guess this is saving me from spending my money at Belk. Very frustrating.
