After latest update Zerena 9 aids won’t pair. After contacting Bernafon about the issue they promptly addressed it with a patch and new update. All is working well now. Thanks

I was able to pair my Bernaphon hearing “instruments” with the app easily. I can see no improvement in form or utility. In fact, it seems a bit dumber since it defaults to control both L&R at once v/ individually and there is less of an explainer page. So why a new app instead of an update? No explainer on that either

The latest update is erratic. It loses its connection, changes the setting and is driving me nuts. I have deleted and reloaded the app but that does not work for long. Don’t use it if you can. New update. After several more deletes and reinstalls along with changing batteries twice the app finally settled down and worked properly. I will give it one more star.

The app is very easy to navigate and works beautifully. Out of 10 I would give it 11
