I waited so long to type a review. I watch more ads then tv show especially while trying to watch house of Payne. Not only did yall remove the best seasons but I have to watch ads over and over again while exiting the app and not being able to continue the show. This app operates like the stereotypical BOB. It’s sad and should’ve been fixed by now. Never have this issue with other streaming platforms. Why’d it have to be this one.

New episodes need to be updated

Slow loading whether I’m on TV, tablet, phone, or laptop.

Need to update the shows

I’m so annoyed right now I was rewatching For better or worse and I seen today September 20th 2024 they removed it off of BET+ I’m so confused as to why it was removed and I’m mad because I was on the last season and wanted to finish it once I got off work but now I can’t please add the show back on here that series and house of Payne are some of Tyler’s best shows like why would they remove it.

I have a subscription on this app and I have cash on my Apple ID yet. I am still not able to download this app.

So i’m trying to make an account and every time I put in my email it says account already exists but last time I checked I never used this app on my gmail a day in my life. Then when I used my icloud it said account already exists too so i’m confused.

Is it possible to receive show alert notifications when a show on your “My List” has a new episode available??? Thanks in advance.

I am giving this three stars due to not being able to watch my shows as if the app isn’t updated or something. I pay for this app to watch my show’s just for them to now get uploaded on the app.

This is the only streaming app that just takes forever to load . I don’t get it . Tyler Perry can’t know about this. Too much money for this app to lack quality and not load as fast as other streaming apps . Please fix

I am paying for an app that does not update itself on a regular basis every other app that I have updates itself when it needs to IAM watching Tyler perry shows on other apps because it is not being updated on BET plus sista is one of them Zack and Zetema and All Queens men I am paying for The app for these shows and they are not being updated!!!!!…….

What’s wrong with BET+ it’s saying check your subscription App Store…. What’s going on? I’ve paid my bill.

I downloaded this app a few months ago to watch certain shows. It works well on my iPhone. But my concern is why it doesn’t show pictures on screen after mirroring it on my Samsung tv. This needs to be fixed asap. Very annoying….

More black movies n tv show other than Tyler Perry’s shows

I gave this 4 stars because I am glad to see that the app is improving and there are starting to be more options to choose from… However there are still many things that need to be fixed. Like, can someone please fix the order of the House of Payne episodes! Once you get so far in they are all out of order and HOP is one of my comfort shows and I can’t really watch it anymore because of this.

This app will not let me watch the last episode of all the queen’s men. I contacted the support team two time and the issue is still the same and never heard back from them like they said.

1. Please add trailers to the Bet+ app on the Apple TV. 2. Please add trailer from Bet+ in the Apple TV app also like other apps. 3. Please improve the search feature for the Apple TV because it doesn't work correctly.

I was catching up on my shows Sistas and The Oval and it’s some episodes missing when will get be put on the app I’m constantly missing new episodes

Ok so I just start using Bet+ and it’s great but it would be better if they had all the bet awards from the very start and the soul train awards also. It doesn’t really make sense for it to be bet+ without having everything that has the bet name or what bet produced.

I’m trying to enjoy a show but it keeps buffering for the first five minutes. I’m not paying for glitches

Love the interface, but, the only issue that I have, the app needs to allow landscape view. I’m on my iPad Pro and it’s annoying, I have neck issues. Please fix, thanks.

Is so many different shows that I could watch so many shows

App boots me out every time is try to skip certain parts of the show I’m watch and I can’t start where I left off either

The only thing that I don’t like is that I couldn’t watch the show that was advertised on a website although I’m not sure if I was being stupid but I couldn’t find my show Ben 10

I went to eagerly watch the Second episode but it is out of sync so far… Hope things improve.

I don’t mind the app, but I use other apps to watch shows. For some reason when I go into my subscriptions, I’m unable to unsubscribe to BET and PHILO. I’m unclear on why this is.

I really only downloaded the app For Tyler Perry's plays I'm definitely over BET However they make it so hard to cancel you subscription. I want out!!!

Has to many commercials to get into the show.

I’ve been dealing with this app constantly freezing on me and not allowing me to finish certain episodes. As much as i love watching my shows , i am very disappointed and hope you all can fix this soon.

I’m having an issue with the app as far as it’s stopping 10 minutes before the show ends and then gets stuck on the ads

I’ve had this app for almost 4 yrs and now I can no longer watch anything because I keep getting this “sorry video not available” error code and my subscription is paid thinking about canceling my subscription

The shows and movie selections are great and all but they have no purpose if you can’t watch them. Too many complaints about bugs in the app. Why are we paying for weak quality? It also seems the software team just doesn’t care about fixing the problem either. It’s the same issues that keep repeating.

App crashes half way through a video getting stuck on an ad and no matter how many times you refresh the app it won’t go past the past it got stuck on. Terrible app. Out of all streaming services this one is definitely the worst but has potential. Please fix asap.

I like the shows Bet provides, but I will be unsubscribing from the app because it requires too much with the commercials. It keeps repeating the same commercials over and over for like five minutes straight. It doesn’t matter how many times I delete and exit out of the app it keeps happening. I have to restart the same episodes over and over because of these issues and I’d rather go pay another subscription then to deal with this and unfortunately as a black woman, I wanna get the BET app and

I like the show content but when I am on this stream sight it tends to freeze,kick me out of what I’m watching and when I try to pick where I left off. I have to wait for a while and at that time. I would have to go and try and watch something else

Signed up for a trial ad free account only to have ads every few minutes. There is some stuff I would watch but not enough to watch for a month but with a busy life 7 days is too short. Not worth the money

Why is there no way to login using your TV provider? Paramount, Peacock, Max and Starz all have this option. I need this option for this app so I can watch via my TV provider subscription!

This App is terrible. Two stars is a stretch. It’s almost like you guys threw something together and said “here, take it or leave it.” It didn’t rotate until time to watch a movie. I try to watch the things on my iPad and this is just terrible. Let’s compare it to Peacock, it’s not close. Almost bootleg movies. Really an upgrade of Tubi. Someone really needs to just sit down and figure it out.
