The only thing that beat the feeling of throwing a person's livelihood into the gutter with a simple swipe was the truckload of pens I received in my golden parachute after I bankrupted the only means of income for the thousands of employees below me. 10/10

It’s a good idea with smooth mechanics (although not optimized for an iPhone X screen whatsoever), but there is almost no way to tell whether firing or approving of employees is going to be beneficial or not. I swiped right (positive reaction) on someone who wanted to offer coupons, was always on time, put in maximum effort, and had pleasant conversation with coworkers and my company’s public perception approval went DOWN.
