Conveniently located the Bird quickly took me up the street. It was awesome!

Very fun to explore downtown Austin. Pricey ride.

The only issue I had was when it told me to update my payment, but everything looked good. I couldn’t use the app for a couple of days. It started working again out of nowhere. The 30 day pass is amazing!

I own my own E Scooter but when I don’t have it it’s nice just to be able to just unlock it and use it. Plus if you have a buddy who is trying it. It’s a cool ride with them

I don't understand what is going on with my bird app. I have even switched to completely different phones, emails, phone numbers,SIM cards, everything and for some every single time I try to log in to the bird app it gives me the same issue. It's says that there is a network connection issue and to try again. For months now. Please help!

Really enjoyed riding a Byrd scooter for the first time. I felt safe and really enjoyed it for a ride around town

Download the app. The scooter will start going when you push off and hold down the accelerator.

This first bird ride I took on 6/3 stopped working. I wasn’t in a restriction area. The battery was over 65%. Can I please get refund for first ride?

I use bird on a daily basis I recommend staying off the messed up side walks of la especially when ur flooring it.

First time riding them was fantastic fun plenty of power due stunts

I love the new group writing feature. I think that electric scooters are very convenient form of public transportation, so the group writing feature made it so much better in regards to recreation.

I use it to go to convenience stores that are far by walk its really fun to ride. Could be better if it were faster😁😁😁😁

You dock for bird bike and you should add option feature allow dock our own bike into bird dock station as it was like parking meter spend money to park your own bike in the bird docking station.

I was searching for something that I lost and Bird cut down my searching time by a good two hours. Didn’t find what I was looking for, but it was fun riding Bird while I was doing it.

Need more than 2 bars to ride more than a mile.

My husband and i both wanted to ride but you can only rent one at a time! That’s dumb…why? We had to share a scooter! What fun is that?
