I was able to sign up using Apple, and pay with Apple Pay, all within 2-3 mins of downloading the app. Excellent.

You just have to fill in basic information such as name, email, number, and then give them the front and back of your license with a selfie. Mine took 3 tries and then it worked. I was able to use two scooters and end them both right away successfully. The deposit they take they refund you right when you end it. I had no issues with this.

App worked great, and bike was super cheap - charged only 12 euros for a nearly 3 hour rental (with lots of breaks). The app should definitely display the cost you’ve accrued during your ride, as otherwise you’re just guessing how much it’ll cost by the end. Overall the signup and rental went very smooth and would recommend.

They have difficulty closing out your rental. It’s like they designed the app to overcharge you by not allowing you to close out the rental. It’s happened to me back to back now, and I need to start looking for a better scooter rental!
