This salmon is delicious. Not too salty and it is perfectly sliced and easy to put on a bagel. I buy two packages every time I go to BJ so that i won’t run out of lox. Love it

I place an order every week for my office. Most items are in stock for pickup. Some popular items such as plain and French vanilla individual coffee creamers are no longer available in the store but ….. for a delivery fee of $8.99 I can get them. No Option for free delivery to my BJ store is offered. I now order those items on Amazon + they are delivered free.

The BJ’s app has always been very reliable and user friendly. However, with this latest update, the app’s location feature for selecting specific BJ’s locations and gas stations has been completely non-functional. An error message pops up when attempting to either manually input one’s location or allow the app to track one’s location. I use this feature daily to obtain the latest gas prices at local BJ’s gas stations and have obviously been unable to do so. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Is very helpful for me to have them shop and bring it to my car. Many days I am not able to do the walking in the store. Once I am there, they come out quickly and load them in my car.

The app is really easy to use in so many ways but I find it so annoying that it logs you out unnecessarily without any user intervention. There is something wrong with their authentication that I put in my password correctly at the first attempt at it but the app took it as multiple attempts and locked me out. The whole point of having an app is that you’re logged in at all times so that you can easily check out. I think you need to fix this.

Pick up an order on JAN 4th and our 18 pack of yogurt has a best by date of Jan 5th. Very disappointed!
