i love this app and depend on it for commuting. recently (in mexico at least) the developers have aggressively increased the number and persistence of ads on the platform. at first, there were none at all. then they added a 20second video ad when searching for rides--annoying, but predictable. now there are 10 second ads even when you switch from one tab within the app to another. it is extremely annoying and affects usability. i would pay a monthly subscription to use the app without ads. plea

Quando reservo uma viagem e tenho resposta que não tem mais a vaga, porque o app continua mostrando a viagem? Como saber se a vaga está disponível ou não? Logo pensamos que houve desistência. Isso confunde os passageiros. E também tem os condutores que não dão resposta.

I used this today and I’m still using it. I think there is lot of room for improvement. Messaging status doesn’t change, tracking driver status is missing.

Overall, this a great service! But when used by someone like me who travels different countries and pays cash (because most drivers accept cash), i need a quick way to switch currency. Why would i want to see rates in my local currency? I need to see rates in driver’s currency because he/she won’t accept my local one. Right now you suggest i delete the app and re-install it, and set a new currency. And that i do so every time i’m in a different country. This is insanely inconvenient. Please fi

He viajado mucho con BlaBlaCar car y la app facilita todo. En los años que lo he usado no he tenido ningún problema con comunicación ni reservas a través de la app.

The app prevented me from signing up by requiring me to have a phone number and telling me each attempt that my phone number was invalid. I tried multiple friends phone numbers and it wouldn’t work with theirs either.

My driver was Mailise, she knows very well where to go & she is an excellent driver, well organized, friendly & respectful who came on time & she has also an excellent communication in English & respond questions on time. I love BlaBlaCar. I’m amazed at how often I find people going my way at the time I need a ride. And it’s so much cheaper than any alternative! Used it tens of times and recommend it.

Love it 100% don’t do Europe without it being a part of your travel strategy.

This is my first time to use blah blah car. It was easy to set up. It was easy to navigate. And it got me to my destination for a fraction of the price of a train or a bus. I highly recommend it.

Utilizei poucas vezes o aplicativo, mas em geral eu gostei. Avalio que verifiquem o lugar que sugerem em deixar os passageiros em Torres. A Juvesa não está mais no endereço Av Castelo Branco, 4040, ali é um lugar ermo e abandonado.

great app and great experiences from it. only issue is that it’s rare for a ride to actually be accepted.

Not only it is a cheaper alternative to planes and trains but often you can find a pick up near where you are. It is impervious to Union strikes which plague the sncf every time there’s a National vacation period.

APP has problems with accepting payment from USA Bank… I spent over an hour trying…and there is NO APPARENT WAY to reach technical help! Rides have come and gone as a result…

BlaBla car is the nicest, least expensive, most convenient way to travel and meet a person to visit while traveling . All that and helps environments !!!! Can’t beat that.

You should have add to select any language you like not everybody in france speaks or know french in your app if you select your location it automatically select that countries language!!

I really love Bla Bla Bla car but the app hasn’t been working for over a week now and I’m unable to get help from the company. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled so many times now as well as rebooting my phone. Someone help!

It’s really good app and its very useful, but there is one complain. the app doesn’t have English language and A lot of non ukrainian speakers using the app. I had to ask for help to translate for me for booking a car

A great source to be able to travel to other destinations however, there are lots of scammers on this app, so be very careful! They may look like real drivers—- DO NOT put information into another link they may say is required!!

O chat do aplicativo tem que melhorar muito. O envio e recebimento de mensagens demoram muito e na maioria das vezes deixa a desejar.
