When Apple released iOS 17, they changed all the default sounds to new ones. Since the Blink app uses one of these, it’s sound was changed. Can you please update the app so that we can choose our own sound? Thanks.
This app worked fine on iPhone 13, upgraded phone, then anytime I get an alert that camera has been activated, nothing but a black screen. I have to shut off my phone to be able to review any recorded videos. Will update my review upon issue being resolved.
I only want the app to notify me when I’m not at home. If I have a fixed schedule like working during the week, I’d like to have the app automatically set it on/off.

I really like Blink. The only problem I have with it is that you really have to make sure you have Wi-Fi or else it could lag out really easily. Other than that though I really like it!
Motion detection fails from time to time, leaving gaps without recording. And does not allow to share access with household members.
For now everything is working as it is supposed to. The only think that is currently upsetting me is that for some reason the app crashes or freeze’s my screen. There’s gotta be something wrong with the app that causes this issue.
On the Blink website, it says that we can mount Minis to the ceiling and flip the image in the app. Unfortunately, this isn’t actually the case. The only way I can mount a mini to get a difficult part of my house monitored is on the ceiling, and the app is lacking the flip setting. 😐
App throws you off after 20 seconds and it’s loud and static like. Very slow as well.
So far I’m happy with the camera and sync module. My only complaint is I can’t get the videos to store on my thumb drive. Im not paying for a subscription. I’ll get notified about movement but nothing saves after. I am tech savvy and have looked up everything how to fix it, and it still will not work.

get notifications on apple watch and iphone but blink app won’t show me recordings. i’ve re-installed app but same issue
Never had an issues with the app, except for occasionally it would log me out completely however that issue seems to have been resolved. Now, I noticed the live view does not function, please fix.
People are saying they can not delete multiple clips when it is super easy. You hit the edit button and select the clips and delete. I have the mini wifi camera maybe they have a different one. It is Friday the 29th 2022 and Blink missed someone coming right in my front door. The front door is pretty important. The cameras work yet they missed the most important things. Seriously 😒 my front door. It recorded after the person was literally in my home.
crashes so much so i can’t watch my feed for much more than 2 minutes before it crashes and i have to repeat over and over again
The notifications are annoyingly constant but then I turned down the sensitivity one and someone can be at my door and I wouldn’t know. Also please fix the if you watch your cameras live and click he discard option it actually should discard the videos not put It in the saved videos list.
Love our cams but when they start recording there is an audible click that, in most case, scares the wildlife away. Last night a raccoon was attracted by the click and it pulled two cams down. Did get a bonus though when a fox walked by and looked down at the cam!
App occasionally crashes, but cameras operate as intended. Maybe bugs need fixing?
Working well now since the batteries have been replaced. If it’s not working, probably batteries run down but it doesn’t let you know ahead of time.
The app and camera work just fine. The new snooze feature is exactly what I was hoping for.
Cameras are good day and night pick up motion pretty well but had a problem connecting accounts and trying to get ahold of customer service is a joke called 3 different times on three different days always puts me to a voice mail after 6 mins.
Not sure what happened but since last update I cannot view any video clips saved. This is likely the final straw with Blink. They continue to be buggy and disappoint
The interface is a little clunky and there needs to be a filter for time of day not just which camera
Overall they have great features. Sound and picture quality is acceptable for the price. The app is a little problematic. Constantly closing out or giving system busy error messages.
Love them .I’ve had mine for over a year and have not had to replace batteries yet. Well worth the money.
The Camera is good but the app need A LOT of work. Hire some better engineers
I wish the live mode would work. Anytime my fiancé or I try to use it… it either takes a long time to load/think, or there is an error… every time.
Unfortunately this very helpful feature was eliminated

This is definitely a great video doorbell product which helps to store the video and keeps our home secure. Now I feel the home is more secured. It is easy to install with lot of features. Overall, I love blink home monitor app.
“Live view in progress …” message… seems to stay forever when you try to view another camera or stop and start a camera. Can you fix it? Make it more snappy please? Thank you
I have six cameras at one home and for at another. They work fine and video quality is very good. Storage is free. Any issues are 100% due always crappy signal by WOW.
The dashboard is just a bunch of grey screens, not an active feed of each zone.
Have to reboot a lot on iPhone to get it to work.
Please add a ‘select all’ option to delete clips like you have in the paid version. Removing this functionality seems punitive for not paying a monthly fee.
Good quality easy to use and setup
Have a couple blink cameras and removed app from iPhone now can only access it via “message of movement.” No way to add app to desktop.
The number of notifications seems to be wrong most of the time (shows up as a badge on app icon). Any way to fix?
A lot can happen in 10 seconds you need to fix this!!!! Also the length of your cord with your camera is way too short!
Great app. It allows you to delete multiple videos at once which is very convenient. But it just crashed and is not allowing me to view my videos. Waiting for a fix.
The ones I’ve been having quite a while OK in the last two that I purchased do not work well at all. I am starting to question the quality of these cameras they’re not as good as they were in the beginning.
If your not going to pay for the subscription, buy another system. The app features for storing the videos on a USB is horrible compared to the free trial and paid features. Until they give more features for the unpaid plan, try another.
Team please include a better live view option. Update the app soon
Works perfect the app I can talk to my kids whenever I want and if I’m busy check up on them
The badge notifications perpetually don’t match the true number of unwatched videos, but the app itself does a decent job of managing the various cameras.
