Cannot load video error

I’m paying for unlimited digital but the app keeps giving the the same error whenever I want to watch video. Please fix this issue. Using IPad with latest update. Resetting IPad and deleting/reloading app doesn’t work. Maddening.

Don’t Show Adds to Paying Customers

This app would get 4 stars if I wasn’t forced to watch adds every time I wanted to view videos and live TV. Customers are paying hundreds of dollars for a subscription, and you’re putting a 15-second advertisement in front of their 50-second video? Ridiculous. Even without the advertising, it gets 4 stars because Yahoo Finance has better charting.

Poor video streaming

Have to restart the app every time I use it, then it forces the same ad six times in a row. Outsource this to a team that knows what they’re doing.
