Poor user experience & issues

1- Poor user experience and interface.. not easy to use. 2- issues: I have been trying to get access to game tickets which I wait for an hour or more.. once I get close to my turn I open the app and it reopen which I lose my turn and I have to wait again.. happened 3 times. Given that this is the only official way to purchase game ticket it’s really disappointing.. you can do better! Please take some inspiration from Webook.com which has a decent user interface Ux and also and you don’t lose yo
