I have tried everything to get the size and price to come in so something is wrong or someone is trying to keep you from getting your orders i would love to buy some murchendice it won’t even let me put anything in my cart. Thank you Mary Cooper could you please look into this matter

These clothes are worth the price

I do like your clothing for the most part but I absolutely hate you don’t have reviews on your site. This helps us get a better idea of how clothing fits as other people post their reviews and photos of the clothing. I keep hoping this is added to the site….

Every time I get really good into my shopping the app would completely log me out and I would have to start from scratch. This happened about 6 times in an hour.

It says you will get free shipping when you download the app and your first purchase , well coupon doesn’t work , I still paid $9.99 for shipping .

I wish the app showed people’s reviews on items to refer to for sizing. Also usually other apps show recommendation on similar items… and this app does not… it’s not helpful.

Hey the site is great but it would be amazing if the country language is not tied to the app language. I am in Germany working and only speak English right now and I shop in Boohoo Germany therefore the German language populates the website. There should be an options to change the language and country separately.

They accidentally sent me the wrong color shoe from what I ordered. I contacted them to find out if I could get the correct color, but wanted to keep the incorrect color too because I love the shoes! They gave me a gift card to cover the price of shipping so I could get both and make up for the mistake. Their business texting costumer service is great!

I ordered a dress , the color was completely different, the fabric was just horrible. It was the wrong size, I tried multiple times to reach them but no use. I usually don’t do this but this company got me f’ed up.

I love the clothes and the prices but every time I go to checkout, it says there’s a problem with my shipping address and i’ve deleted and changed it 5 different times. It’s so annoying and I don’t know how to fix it.

I’m annoyed with the fact that even when I payed for express shipping, my package took way too long to arrive and I wasn’t able to receive no updates towards my order! I feel like as a paying customer that I should receive the quality that I payed for. That is wasting customer’s time and money, due to the fact that the app’s express shipping is stated to be 3 business days. I shouldn't have to wait nearly three weeks to a month for an EXPRESS order! I’m upset!!
