Have not heard back from anyone at booking.com when I asked for as assistance with updating a review

Was an amazing stay Very welcoming , clean, nice and super valuable

My family and I loved the house. Clean, confortable and very private. I loved the security and the host was available when I had questions. I will definitely use it again when I go back to Ensenada. Neighbors where very private and friendly. One last thing thank you!

Had a great time. Property is exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again. Left a work tablet and owners responded immediately and assisted in getting it back. 5 star experience!

Looking for hotels wasn't so much fun and easy like thru Booking.com. So many hotels to choose, whether it's luxuries or cheap, you can find here every price category. Good job to the whole team, and I will always book thru you guys and not Expedia or Hotwire.

I have been using Booking.com for many year with flawless use very easy ties to calendar well and notifications plus easy access to customer service especially if there is a problem

My Husband and l stayed here during Labor Day weekend. We have never stayed in such a Beautiful room in all our travels. When l opened the door it took my breath away! Rm”7. It had everything you need and then some! The people who run the office are real jewels! Really kind and concerned about you being comfortable. Restaurant is near, you just don’t find many places like this one. I give it a five stars, We have stayed in many, many places!! Thanks PLC🥰

It was a little hard to know how to book as my 1st time using the appt otherwise it was a great experience.

I booked a few rooms through Booking.com and when I arrived I was being charged more money I’m not sure that Booking.com is aware of the extra charges that people are getting at the last minute which one of them was I was being charge the commission fees that Booking.com gets

I had a great stay at Svetlana’s place. Place is close to he city, restaurants, markets,… Svetlana is a wonderful host. Thank you. :)

So far Booking.com has the best pricing and properties of all travel apps I have used. Of course I lived in San Francisco so I knew where I wanted to go but the price was outstanding and I know I’m going to have a great 4th of July! ✨

Such great service!! Area was very nice & safe. Although we couldn’t go to the rooftop & the pool was closed seemed like. It was fresh otherwise. So many places around very close to the city. Free parking!! So far great experience no issues.

I used to look at trip advisor for room rates. Almost every time it showed Booking.com with the cheapest rates. I don’t even look at that other site anymore.
