User friendly and easy to use

Been with Boost Mobile for 10 years. Don’t have anything negative to say. Only thing, I wish they offer customer who are loyal who have been with them for a long period of time… offer better deals discounts. Better Insurance coverage for damage phone

I have been very happy with everything and all the assistance I receive when needed.

I reset my phone then when I want to reinstall my Esin card they send me a code to my phone lol I can’t use my phone or receive text because I don’t have a phone I am reinstalling the eSim, I will said bad words to the AI because I can’t get a text !! Understand I am reinstalling the eSIM card!!!! Boost don’t let you use your email they will only send you the code to your phone even if you can’t access to the number because you just formatted the phone how hard is this to understand in done wit

Excellent, Excellent company and product. We have saved “So Much Money”! Thank you Boost Mobile.

It’s easy to read, but I still find it a bit pricey, I’d add the other star if they’d have a program for low income customers

Boost mobile is a good mobile phone company they need to improve on their phone reception .

They have the nice staff and easy to pay

You all need to add back the call log to your online account so you can see the incoming ,outgoing calls displayed for certain reasons!!!

I’m a new customer effective 12/19/25, and the transition from my previous carrier was smooth, quick and trouble free. Plus, I was able to keep my two telephone numbers. The Boost Mobile technician was very professional, courteous and he knew exactly what had to be done, and he did it in short period of time.✅

Took me maybe 5-6 minutes on the phone with a rep to setup my account, assign me an awesome local number for my area… They activated my unlocked iPhone using an eSIM!! I was making calls and sending texts and emails almost immediately!!! I have an iPhone SE. Super happy with Boost!

I’ve been to boost customer for 15 years at least and 15 years believe me they’ve been serving all my needs and I don’t need to go behind those AT&T all other carriers with the IV bills so I’m very happy with boost mobile.

I’ve have been with boost for long time when there was the promo for 5 lines at a really eye catching price and affordable I love the fact that I can also upgrade a phone and have the option of paying monthly on it thank you boost !

It’s a slow way to save on your monthly bill but just another thing you have to try and remember to do and another app you have to download.

Never thought I would get my cell phone bill lower than $15 a month but here we go!!

Very easy to use

I thought I was gonna like Boost but I’ll stick with T-Mobile. I can’t do much with boost like the other phone companies. When I sign up for stuff some companies don’t recognize boost numbers

The Boost Mobile app is easy to use however it lacks options and the ability to show customers their monthly data usage history for individual lines. More options and features would be nice. The Verizon app had a great app/interface. Also Boost uses the same network as Verizon but coverage lacks badly in a lot of areas.

Id rather be able to pay for more gigabytes besides 10 dollars highly dislike this and when hotspot runs out your days runs out

Lots of problem with the app.. I will be going back to Cricket just as soon as arrangements can be made.
