I like the app but I was on it a few years ago when it first launched and a specific feature was added where we could CHOOSE what specific part of the song we wanted people to hear and I don’t understand why it was taken away??? Also. I feel there needs to be more specific genres of music to search through to find people who may have the same taste as you; because “rock” is too all-encompassing. I’m looking for doom metal and finding Journey which isn’t bad, but I feel if you’re a music discover

My only critique is that I wish it were possible to post more than twice a day, perhaps four or five times (not that I would always utilize it). Though I do enjoy that it isn’t endless posting.

I love bopdrop, it’s very casual and I don’t feel pressured to choose “good” music like the way I feel pressured to post “good” pictures on Instagram. However my one and only issue with the app is that it doesn’t let the users choose their own snip of the song! Sometimes it’s a good part but others are completely random parts.

Love it, love the simplicity but… Wish we could post more than once a day. Also Would love to be able to post gifs in posts, sometimes words can't describe how I feel about a song as well as a gif could. But I love that it doesnt feel like a popularity contest, people just share what they like

I have my days where I was have small entries with text that matches my songs. Other days I have lots to say, but I can only post two times. I’ve been on a streak of posting everyday for 9 months with the app and it is so cool and unique and fun and it’s just great. I know there are bugs and glitches but for being an app with a smaller user base the key components of the app work well and I’m sure we’ll see improvements in the future. I recommend this app to any music lover/ journaling person !

Get this app! 5 star concept with a lot of room to grow. Excited to see this pop off!

I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and i still love to post songs everyday. It’s super fun when using with friends although i still would love to be able to pick which part of the song to post :)

Bopdrop is easy to use and has helped me discover so much music, as well as connect with listeners all over the world. Can’t recommend enough!

I absolutely enjoy the ability to share my music freely and have others find new tunes. Twice a day is perfect amount for posting. The one-off prompts to post a special song are great as well. I will say there are some interface issues that do need to be addressed for sure, but overall BopDrop is going in a great direction, and I hope it continues to gain traction and improve with every quarter.

Since the vinyl-social app dosent work anymore I’ve been looking for apps that were like it. I’m sooo happy I found this because it has everything that I’m looking for and want in a music app.

I usually never write reviews on here but i like this app. I just wish that it would let you select the portion of the song you would like to post. Most of the time when i go to post a song i like, the portion i want to preview to the listener is not the portion pre selected to play. If we got the option to select the 30 second preview played when you post it, it would be soooo much better. Bopdrop people i hope you see this, if you change it i’ll change my review to 5 stars. I love this app! it’s super fun to see people’s real music taste and connect over that. there’s no negativity, it’s all just real people chillin.

Solid app, only thing I want is to be able to choose which snippet plays for the song.

i really love this app!!! i love the prompts and parties when you can share unlimited songs. one small suggestion- i think it would be nice if we could rearrange the order of our favorite artists without having to remove them and add them back completely. would be much less of a hassle! great app!

i love the social aspect of this app, sharing music with friends and also getting music recs from the world! i wish i could select what portion of the song to post, though, so i could show my friends the parts of the song i love most :) i also think it would be fun if the app could randomize what time it pings you to post on the app (sort of bereal style), instead of at the same set time every day, so i could post whatever song i happen to be listening to in that moment. overall love the app!

bopdrop is the app for you if you love sharing music/discovering new music. my friends and i have very different tastes in music, so seeing what everyone has been listening to is a great way to step into new genres/artists/etc. get this app now!!

Better then Instagram

Y’all should add another option where we could drop either 3 songs at once as a playlist or 2 post a day like usual. Other than that top tier.

This is one of the first apps that I fell in love immediately upon download. Everything is perfect here, except perhaps the slight inconveniences of the user interface. I’m giving it five stars to boost ratings, but there are still a few glitches in the system.

Bopdrop is a welcomed game changer in social media. It’s a great concept, with phenomenal UI/UX, and seamless integrations with Spotify and Apple Music. Can’t recommend enough.

Let me post more than twice a day? And the time period between that is kinda weird too. Other than that, I wish when I press the notifications it’d take me straight there rather than the messages.
